They are also working with them to make sure we have a back-up code to prevent any future issues with the alarm. We apologize there is only one plow truck in the entire town to handle the roads. We apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your visit and wish you had called for assistance. Our instructions sent out to guests via email do explicitly state to use the lockbox and not the key pad. The ice maker was discovered to have been turned off. The bedding is in good condition, but we will be adding blankets for winter layering. We did find a small rip on a couch cushion that does not affect its usability and will be addressed as soon as possible. The owners do ask that certain windows not be opened. Thank you!
