This is a beautiful tri-level modern-day home with 1 master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom that has a sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower. There are also 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 more bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, laundry room, 2 car garage and multiple car driveway, fenced spacious backyard with patio. The master bedroom with bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and another full size bathroom is upstairs, the living room and kitchen are on the main floor, and 1 bedroom, ¾ bathroom, laundry room, and another living room are downstairs. There is free WiFi throughout the house with Netflix available in every bedroom and living room. There are also XboxOne, Playstation 4, and the WiiU available for use. Outdoors in the backyard, there is a grill, hot tub, and trampoline available for use. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential cooking needs. There is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove all available to use. Also available is the laundry room with washer and dryer and an extra queen size air mattress. There are also 2 couches for use. This house can sleep 10 comfortably in beds. Summerset is a suburb of Rapid City, SD and right there close to the Black Hills. Discovering SD

We rented this VRBO last minute as our trip to Yellowstone had to be canceled because of the flooding! The host was amazing! Very responsive. She would respond to my questions in a very timely manner. The property was clean just as advertised. Plenty of room for two families. Had all of the amenities. You are set up for success from the beginning with paper plates, silverware, laundry detergent, and many family games! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the hot tub in the backyard. This is a perfect VRBO to enjoy the Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, and the Blackhills. I would definitely recommend!

Get away!

My family and I were able to get away and enjoy all the attractions of SD and save quite a bit of $$ by staying at the property. The house is located 15-20 minutes from the tourist area, but it's a easy drive and very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the backyard was perfect for my two wild boys to play.

Best Stocked Kitchen Ever

The house makes for a terrific base. It is midway between the many sights in western South Dakota. The furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Best of all is the kitchen. I have rented a number of VRBO homes and this one was by far the best equipped and stocked with spices. The owner is a wonderful woman. Communication was everything you could hope for. I have nothing but kudos for the owner and property.
