-Hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking trails, just steps outside the home.
-Golfing- Pole Creek, Granby Ranch, and Grand Elk golf courses very close by
- Lakes- Gand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Lake Granby are 15 minutes away from the house.
-2 Giant decks, a 6-person hot tub, and expansive mountain views make this home ideal for enjoying nature and relaxing on a piece of private land.

We always had the dream of having a mountain home, and in Jan 2019, that dream came true. We enjoy it during the weekend with our little puppy "Piper", who loves the outdoors as much as we do. Piper has a few dog friends who like to come by on the upper deck to play. So, don't be alarmed if you see any of her friends. They are all friendly and will behave.

2 acres of private land/ forest. Amazing views from all rooms and especially from the decks. Nothing more satisfying than having coffee or wine in the hot tub in the morning or evening after a great day on the slopes or any outdoor activities.
