Sterling Sands Resort is an exclusive property in the heart of Destin, Florida directly on the Gulf of Mexico. A smaller resort, Sterling Sands offers guests a less crowded beach and shorter waits for the elevator. In addition to beautiful views of white sands and emerald waters the resort property offers a BBQ grill, kid friendly heated swimming pool, hot tub, ATM, and workout center.
This 5th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished unit features a private gulf front balcony with ocean views from the living room and kitchen. King bed in the master and double in 2nd bedroom. This second bedroom is quite small so plan accordingly. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Unit also has fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, linens/towels, hair dryer, iron/board, DVD, 3 TVs, and complimentary internet access. $15/person wristband fee upon check in. Umbrella and chairs available for daily or weekly rental but not included. Please be advised this is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is only allowed in front of the parking lot in front of the building.

Convenient with easy beach access

Comfortable condo with nice pool and easy beach access. Great view. Just a quick 10 min to boardwalk where most of the charters and dolphin tours leave from.

Great view and location

We had a great stay! Beach access was easy and quick. The set up in the condo was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. Walmart and Target were well within driving distance (less than 5 miles each direction). Definitely plan on going back in the near future.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation at this property. It had all the amenities and worked out great for our family including a 1 year old and a 3 year old. We would recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future.

Condo was absolutely wonderful! Love the security the property had. Steps from gorgeous emerald water! Beach service is a must also. Loved having the umbrella to just relax under when you didnt want to be in the sun! Overall great vacation. Can wait to come back!

This is second time my family and I have stayed in 503. It’s one our favorites at Sterling Sands. Everything works as it should, is clean and in good condition. The owner is quick to respond upon inquiry/reservation.

Spring break family vacation

We had a great experience staying at Murray’s condo. Super easy check-in. Location was perfect for us. Pool, hot tub, and beach access. Overall, excellent vacation and would highly recommend others to stay at this property.

Great stay at the beach

Nice condo right on the beach. Met all of our needs including a kitchen with all the cookware we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs and toys in the closet.

Fabulous getaway

We had a lovely stay at Murray’s condo:). It was right on a beautiful and white sandy beach! The condo was well maintained and had a beautiful balcony to watch the sunset and sunrise each day!!

Great place to stay

It was a great experience for our first time staying up there. Ease of access to beach was awesome and pool was warm and very inviting. Lots of dolphins could be seen from our balcony. Room was clean and well equipped for a family. I would recommend and will definitely be rebooking another trip.

Perfect location

This location is perfect when it comes to easy and quick access to everything you’re looking to do! Beautiful views of the ocean and the condo has everything you may need. Murray answered all our pre-travel questions and made this choice of where to stay one we’ll make again!
