Best place

This condo is the best I have rented, it is fully stocked with all kitchen items, front center lanai with beautiful view of ocean. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms, it made our stay so easy and comfortable, living room and dining rooms were also nice. The grounds are immaculate and pools are always nice after a beach day, relaxation in jaccuzi

Amazing Property!

We previously stayed at this property several years ago. It has been meticulously maintained and we loved staying here again!! The location is fantastic, just a short drive into town. One of the best amenities is the incredible views from every room!! The sunsets were beautiful. Janice was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting The Big Island!

The best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had!

Janice and Bruce’s condo is amazing. It has breathtaking oceanfront views (best location in the complex) and you get to be lulled to sleep by the waves. The condo was spotless when we arrived and I cannot overstate how thoughtfully and throughly well-equipped the condo is for visitors. The only thing we needed to get for our family was a few groceries. We were so sad to leave the best rental ever and we can’t wait to hopefully stay in this condo again.

Exactly What We Needed!

We are a family of four with two tween girls. The property was perfect for us: spacious, clean and modern. Two ample bedrooms, a good-size, well-appointed en-suite master with a big second bathroom. Kitchen had plenty of necessaries for cooking and storage. Comfortable dining and living area. We loved the outdoor balcony where we had breakfast watching the waves crashing on the shore about 100 feet away! The complex has three pools, tennis courts etc and is conveniently situated for local beeches, restaurants etc. The apartment comes with a stock of books, games, and beach accessories. Janice is a pleasure to deal with, replies promptly to any questions and clearly put thought into ensuring our stay would be a delightful one. Highly recommended!

Fabulous property in a great location!

We spent our annual girls trip staying at this lovely condo that is right on the ocean. It was clean, recently renovated and very spacious. I enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai and hearing the constant crashing of waves along the shore.I highly recommend this unit, it's close to Kona but outside the hustle and bustle. Shops and restaurants close by.

Perfect location direct oceanfront

Wonderful condo with perfect location just a few yards from the ocean. Beautiful view with waves breaking on the rocks just outside the lanai. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Hosts very nice and responsive. Highly recommend. 10/10.

BEAUTIFUL site overlooking the ocean

This is a beautiful unit right on the ocean. We enjoyed the sunsets and the sound of the breaking waves. From the living room it seems like the waves are right at your feet! Well equipped condo. The furnishings are a little dated, but comfy. We had no problems at all!

It’s definitely one of the nicest place we stayed in Kona oceanfront. We have been to Kona for over ten years and stay only in oceanfront units. I definitely want to thank the owner for being very thoughtful and ensuring that we thoroughly enjoy the unit.

Perfect condo!

Janice was great at communication. She answered my emails in a timely manner. The condo was impeccably clean. The view and location was perfect. We stayed here for the Iron Man race and it was a great location.. I’m looking forward to rebooking this condo again!

30 year anniversary

Repeat stay for us. This unit is everything - view, all the little things you want to make you feel at home (batteries, beach chairs, golf balls, etc). Janice is so accommodating and very responsive. She truly cares about our stay and we feel like part of her family when we are there. Without a doubt- best unit in Kanaloa!

A fantastic property

We booked the property based on the reviews, location and a unique and spacious layout. I can only affirm all of the positive reviews. The condo was spotless, the beachfront view was stunning and we were provided with everything we needed (beach towels, snorkeling masks, coolers, beach chairs, kitchen equipment/supplies, binoculars, etc). Additionally, Janice was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions before and during our visit. All things considered, the property was an outstanding home base for our vacation. I would not hesitate to book this condo again - we look forward to spending more time in this special place.

We chose to buy our vacation rental, because our dream had always been to live in Hawaii. As the time neared, we decided that Kona was the place for us. We felt it had the most desirable weather, fishing, and most harmonious cultural blend. We felt the community desire was to work together for the best interest and welfare of all. Living on the ocean revives the soul and spirit.

We initially were attracted by the beauty of our ocean, magnificent sunsets, lush tropical plants and landscaping. The cultural activities of Hawaii, being hula or ukulele to name just a few, are available for all. There are so many activities available that it is difficult to choose. The Hawaiian culture is gracious, generous, humble, and willing to share the beauty of their heritage.
