Este alojamiento independiente es extremadamente elegante y está situado a poca distancia de St. Regis hotel y playa. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hideaways Beach across the street, nearby Hanalei town 15 min away, and just a gorgeous property with all amenities including stellar customer service.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time during our week in Princeville. The accommodations were exactly as we expected if not better!! The location is perfect and all the amenities were great. We cannot wait to return.

Absolutely Loved Hanalei Bay Villa

This accommodation was just beautiful and had lovely views from the lanai. The space was spotless with a new kitchen and relaxing living room. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very high quality. I can’t wait visit again!

Location, location, location. This has everything that’s magical about Kauai within walking distance of the unit. Views, snorkel or kayak, food or just watch the day unfold in your private home. Simply wonderful.

Quiet & comfortable in Princeville

Beautifully remolded with cool breezes just across from Princeville St Regis hotel. No a/c, but lots of fans in every room. Great location with parking just by front door. 2 level condo with comfortable beds and super clean bathrooms. We think Unit 8 is the best location of the Hanalei Bay Villas.

Spring break

Well presented open plan main floor with patio that overlooks Makai golf course. Downstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with laundry area. All well maintained and clean. Dealing with property manager was exceptional and was very responsive to texts. Nearby beach about a 2-3 minute walk down the side of a hotel. Beautiful views across Hanalei bay.

less than fair

Not the best in terms of villa. Black mold on deck so we never experienced it, that is why we decided to select it. Very musty smell inside, and dead bugs on window sills, as well as a small lizard was inside the house. keylock is fair, having to move to parking chain and cones was a hassle. I realize its a beautiful lush rainy island, and some things are expected but seems they can clean much better, or no one was even there for a few days. p.s. lighting in living room was not the best (dark) It was NOT a good overall experience. Incredibly hot place as NO AC. Fans provided but didn't do it justice and you had to bring them up from downstairs. Perhaps if we had been warned of some of this.

Outstanding Location & Service!

Everything about our experience staying at The Villa’s and the assistance of Pure Kauai was excellent. Booking was easy and we were offered the services of a concierge at no charge through Pure Kauai who really knows the island (Blake). Concierge help was invaluable in setting up activities for our trip and identifying the best options. This was down to recommending locations on certain beaches with the best snorkeling and getting us set up for private surf lessons. The organization is top notch and still down to earth and personable. In terms of the property, I have had many trips to the islands and this one had the best views I've ever experienced. We wanted to experience a property that focused more on views of the mountains which are beyond spectacular especially in this location on the island of Kauai. It’s great to have views of the ocean but if you are looking for a mountain view or ’ike mauna experience the Villas deliver big time! There is a fair amount of activity in the small parking lot across from the villa we stayed at (next to entrance for 1 Hotel high-end resort) as well as a tennis court sometimes occupied by individuals playing pickleball. Because in the islands you will have windows open most of the time this might be a consideration for some people. There are other villa properties located further away that would likely be quieter. We will definitely be coming back to The Villas!

Wonderful Stay

We had walked by the Hanalei Villas in years past and thought we would give it a try. We will recommend the Villas to anyone coming to Kauai. Easy travel to all the north side has to offer. Very comfortable for two couples.

Princeville Condo Near Resort Hotel

Property itself was excellent, comfortable, well-located, and pretty much just as advertised. Just wish we had more detailed advance info about ongoing construction across the street at large hotel and effects on immediate beach access.

Perfect!

We loved our stay at this cottage. The view off the back balcony of the par 3, over the water 3rd hole was terrific. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Special shout out to our concierge Justin. He arranged an in-home chef and masseuse for us. Both were awesome!

Awesome location

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Beach across the street, cliff view of sunset down the street, watching golf from the back deck, fun bar & grille next door (Princevilke resort) and an easy drive the delightful Hanalei. Also, even though the neighborhood has a fairly high density of units, this one feels quite private and is very quiet. We’ll be back!

My son and I really enjoyed staying in Villa #8. The descriptions, photos, and reviews were accurate. The property is situated in a beautiful location, very well appointed, beautifully decorated, quiet, and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Family week on Kauai

We were all pleasantly surprised with the property upon arrival. The home was immaculate and perfectly appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to comfortably cook at home. Beds were extremely comfortable too! The location turned out to be outstanding. Right across the street was Hideaways beach a true gem and one of the prettiest beaches I've ever seen. Just remember there's a short but very steep climb down to the beach which can get very slippery when wet. We'll miss mornings on the back patio watching the sun rise and gazing at the beautiful mountains... until next time. Overall, a great property and the whole visit could not have been easier.

Paradise in Princeville

This home exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Kauai magical. The property is beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities (AND MORE) to make us feel comfortable. The location can’t be beat — it’s a very short walk to a couple beaches and a short drive to the wonderful Hanalei Bay area. The views from both lanais are breathtaking. There was a container with all the beach items you could ever need (umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear). When we return to Kauai we hope we have the opportunity to stay in this same property.

Five star Princeville villa

This villa is in a beautiful setting, and is very clean and comfortable with many nice touches. It’s as nice as the photos show. We enjoyed the convenience of having the paths to both Hideaways and Pu’u Poa beaches at our doorstep, and other north shore beaches an easy drive away. The property manager was very responsive when we asked for a couple of items we requested. We would definitely stay here again.
