Welcome to our lovely 3 story condo of almost 1400 Square Feet. This condo is directly across the street from two busstops that take you to both Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge or the Village Gondola!!!! In case you have not been to Mammoth Lakes before, driving or hiking to the lifts can be a pain in the rear. Mammoth Lakes bus system is free, runs from November to April and is definitely the way to get around town! This location is across the street from Vons Grocery store to get all of your Grocery needs.

Once you enter the Condo, you enter onto the bottom level with dual master bedrooms. Both having queen beds and attached full bathrooms for each room. The main living areas have all the amenities to stay comfortably(Basic Kitchen Amenities, Puzzles/Board Games/ Card Games, 65" SmartTV and 1 GB wireless Internet Service). On this mid level, there is a deep Couch, Loveseat, Lounging Chair and Fireplace to rest and relax after a long day on the slopes. There is also a bathroom with shower on this mid level. Lastly, there is the loft. This is a great space for kids. There is a futon queen bed on this level, plus a full bed bottom/twin bed top bunk!

The complex itself has a total of 2 jacuzzis and a pool located just 50' or so from the front door of the condo. Jacuzzis are open year round and pool is open during the summer months. Rental of the condo allows for parking of 2 vehicles.

Very convenient location for me and my friends to stay at while hitting the slopes at Mammoth. We enjoyed how spacious it was, using the complex’s jacuzzi, and ease of communication with the host. Would stay again!

This place was a life saver for us during the storm. We drove up early to try to beat the storm and the owner graciously allowed us to check in a couple hours early. We spent 4 days mostly indoors and it was warm, cozy, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The walk to Vons, even in a blizzard, was easy and right across the street. The green shuttle line was also across the street. Teal line was just a minute or 2 away. The fireplace was great once we followed the tips the owner had written in notes for renters, and the split level was great for everyone who wanted peace and quiet or a nap. We would 100% stay here again! Absolutely loved this place.

Amazing location & experience

A group of us went on a ski trip to mammoth for the weekend. This property is amazing & comfortable. The location is so convenient to the town with accessible bus stations transporting you everywhere you’ll need to go until 2am. Highly recommend, the property amenities like the sauna & the hot tub were awesome after a day on the slopes.

Great option for a cozy ski get away. The host is very friendly and responsive with communication. The location is near the Vons and several convenient shuttle stops. I would definitely recommend this property and will keep it in mind for future trips!

Well equipped and organized. Two Parking spots right in front of condo definitely a plus. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop around the corner and Vons was literally up the block.

Charming condo in an amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was helpful and great with communicating. He kindly let us check in early after the maids finished. The place was great for 2 families with teens. It is also conveniently located down the street from Eagle lodge. It is also walking distance to coffee shops, ski rental places and the store. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautifully upgraded condo

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely condo with brand new kitchen and great location in town. Shuttle very convenient with pick up across the street. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely come back!

Nice location with easy access to the bus stop. The unit comfortably slept eight people. However, the carpets were stained and there was stuff left over from past guests stuffed in many of the drawers and closets. Our kid’s bed even had a dirty tissue in the sheets.

Amazing condo next to Vons

We stayed at the condo for 6 nights in December 2023. The place is very comfortable, well stocked and clean. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Location is very convenient right next to Vons and ski rental place. I was able to walk to coffee shops and The Village, took the bus to Main lodge and took the village loop hike while my husband and kids were snowboarding. Everyone had a great time and I highly recommend this place!

2023 New Year Ski Trip

Great location right next to Vons and Red Line stop. The property was nice and spacious with en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms which was convenient. The only criticisms I have for the property were the comfort levels of the mattress, stains on sheets, and lack of firewood at property. The mattresses definitely need replacing and possibly the sheets as well if those stains were permanent. Overall a nice spacious property located conveniently near all essentials.

Hi Gene, Thank you for your honest review. The firewood are the guests’ responsibility if they want to use the fireplace. We have replaced the mattress up in the loft. As for the sheets, I will have a talk with our cleaning people. I wished you would have told me when you were there so I could have had the sheets replaced for you.

Well Equipped and Centrally Located

We’ve been staying in Mammoth over the holidays for nearly 15 years now. We’ve stayed all over the mountain and have come to expect a lot from the rentals. This unit is well equipped for being a home away from home. The kitchen has everything you could need to make meals after the slopes. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and there’s plenty of extra towels and little touches like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry soap. We loved building a nightly fire and gathering in the cozy livingroom. The furniture could use an upgrade as the couch cushions have seen better days and the carpeting has taken a beating from being a rental but all in all it was a cozy stay and a great location.

Great place in Mammoth lakes with modern looking kitchen with great amenities. We were a group of 8 and it fit us great. There's an included washer/dryer unit and the place kept us warm during our 3 night stay. Daniel was quick to reply to our questions as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Well presented and appointed property in a convenient location.

We had a great experience renting this Mammoth home. The owner was quick and easy to communicate with and the home was represented accurately in the listing. If anything it was larger than we expected. We made use of the spas located close to the condo and the bus transport to the mountain. The renovated kitchen in the condo was well appointed with pots, pans crockery and cooking utensils which was a bonus. I hope to stay again.

We frequently use VRBO properties, and this was one of the best appointed home we have stayed in. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The living area is super cozy, the beds are very comfy, and everything was very clean and organized. In addition, it was within easy walking distance of shopping center and ski renal shop. Would definately stay again.

New Year's 2019

This condo has everything you need while on vacation. Very clean, well stocked, well organized check in, and the central location was walking distance to our favorite brewery and our favorite restaurant; with shuttle service to the mountain right across the street. My only criticism would be the Comfort level of our bed; it felt like it was time to replace the mattress.
