About Kevin Grandalski
Mammoth has been a home away from home for me and my family for many years. It all started when I lived in Lee Vining as a child and learned to ski and race at June Mountain. I was fortunate to be able to purchase this home where I taught my four kids to ski. I have hosted a friend/family reunion every July since 1995. If you're here during the 4th and see a big group at the town parade wearing Mammoth Mountain Crew shirts, that's me and all my friends/family. Of course the much needed annual 'guy' ski trip since 1995 with my longtime elementary school friends is well deserved. The drive from where I live in Los Angeles to Mammoth never gets old. For all the miles I have put on the road and have driven by Mount Whitney with many broken promises of reaching the top, I finally did it several years ago. The first time in a day, if you consider 19 1/2 hours 'a day' and the second time over a much easier and more enjoyable 4-day camp out. I open my home for you to create your own memories and hope you enjoy it as much as I do; finding it a place you want to return for all your trips.

Why Kevin Grandalski chose Mammoth Lakes
The location of my home was not even a consideration when I began my search. I wanted a 'ski in/ski out' property but just was not real happy with the selection available. When the agent convinced me to look at this property, I fell in love with it. I have since discovered the shuttle bus stop just across the street from my complex up to Eagle Lodge is a great place to start skiing or catch a non-crowded ski/snowboard lesson. I can hop right on Eagle Express (Chair 15) and head over to Canyon Lodge or catch Cloud 9 Express (Chair 9) to head to McCoy Station. Another great feature is everything I need is within walking distance - movie theater, grocery store, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Around the corner in front of Carl's Jr. is another free shuttle bus stop that makes a loop up to the Village Lodge with stops along the way. I could not have been any happier with this location.
What makes this Condo unique
Location, location, location! Regardless of your interest, my home is centrally located to everything - winter or summer. The interior is nicely decorated and very clean. The mudroom is a bonus area to hold all of your gear - bikes, skis, snowboards, fishing poles, rafts or just about anything else you might have. This add on allows for an extra large deck off the living room to hang out on.

Loved our stay!
Place is cozy! Nice large living room to gather with family and friends. Kitchen is complete! Rooms are comfortable! We will return!
My "cozy" condo is a key ingredient to an enjoyable vacation. Glad to know you found your stay to be comfortable.
One Of The BEST Units In The Complex
Stayed in Kevin's condo as part of our annual family (from back in NY/NJ) and California friends trip to Mammoth. While the complex is nice, Kevin's seems to be kept up a little better than some. He was communicative and even had some restaurant recommendations too!
Condo is in an ideal location for walking to town for food and things to do. Supermarket, restaurants, bowling alley... probably a lot more that I'm leaving out. A short drive to the village and any of the various lifts / lodges at Mammoth. Twenty minutes or so to June.
It was well kept, had the utensils / kitchen items we needed to cook with and the complex itself was nice.
Spacious deck for hanging out, TV, WiFi, etc., all worked great.
Happy to hear the accommodations and location were ideal for relaxation, getting around town, and catching the slopes.
Amazing time at Mammoth
The Baek fam had nothing but positive things to say about the condo. Thank you Kevin for helping my family make our stay at Mammoth so fun and easy. Thank you for being so responsive and making the check in and check out process so smooth. The place was perfect for us and we had a blast.
It is great to hear you found your arrival and departure a seamless process and that my place met all of your needs. I am always happy to answer any and all questions to help make your stay pleasant.
Very clean and comfortable condo!
The property was very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We had two families staying together and everyone was very comfortable. We would love to return for our next trip.
The location was very convenient as it was walking distance to the town center. Super easy to take shuttle up to the Eagle Lodge all geared up. Two thumbs up all the way! The owner, Keven, was very accommodating and prompt to answer my questions. The keyless entry was super convenient too.😃
You experienced all the reasons why I picked that particular location to buy - easy mountain access without the parking challenge along with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The key-less entry is a bonus for everyone. Happy to have you back!
Best family or group venue in Mammoth!
You will not be disappointed. Central location (walking) distance to town. Easy trolley access to the slopes. Hot tubs were great. Everything you need.
The convenience of walking to town and easy access to the slopes are benefits that have been enjoyed by many guests. Happy to be able to accommodate your vacation needs.
