The bed in the master bedroom was without question the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, equivalent to sleeping on a 30+ year old pull out spring couch. Unit was nice enough other than the sleeping arrangement.

It’s unfortunate the owners have chosen to put uncomfortable beds and sofa in this unit. The unit was spacious enough for three adults but the beds were so worn out and uncomfortable it made our experience less than satisfying. Sitting in the lumpy, hard sofa was just as unpleasant. Strongly suggest to the owner to invest in new beds and sofa and the experience will be up100%. Sad to have to write this as the unit otherwise was nice and clean.

Home nice customer service sucks

Don’t ask for customer service… you will be let down. They don’t care in assisting you also in the transaction and are rude. They do not want to assist you and fight with you. Also the code is not the exact same as the room code for the underground parking.

The master bed was terrible, felt like sleeping on a 30 year old pull out couch, loud and uncomfortable. There was also food on the floor and underneath the couch. Disappointing.

Can't bring more than 1 car

If 2 couples stay here and you have more than 1 car the other car has to find parking down the street. We offered to pay to use one of the 30+ available spots under the building that weren't being used but were told no. The main bath tub was clogged, I sent a text to Keith with the property management who said he would have a maintenance guy come out...the guy never showed up.
