HILTON HEAD. Guests have a choice of several 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse floor plans. These secluded villas have plenty of living space, full kitchen facilities, decks, and patios. They are nestled along the fairways of the Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes. There are also on-site private pools and recreational areas at both locations.

This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse overlooks the George Fazio golf course, one of the most desired courses to play in Palmetto Dunes. Upon entry, six steps lead to the beautifully decorated open-concept living area. The large dining table offers seating for six and opens into the kitchen and living room, with expansive golf course views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your vacation meals, overlooking the main living area, providing you with a great space for everyone to spend time together! Relax in this bright and sunny living room that features a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chair as well as a flat screen TV and slider onto the balcony.

The first floor bedroom has a two twin beds, flat screen TV, and access to the hallway bathroom with shower/tub combination. This bathroom is located just to the right of the bedroom entry and was completely renovated.

The newly updated master is upstairs and has a king bed, TV (no cable), and renovated on-suite bathroom with large walk in shower.

The private patio features chairs and tables perfect for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. This non-smoking villa is an excellent choice for your next vacation if you're looking for a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the island life!

*Parking is limited to two parking spots. We are not able to order more than two parking passes per reservation. *

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Home away from home

We loved this rental. Was perfect for our small family. Had a well-thought-out open floor plan, with comfy master bedroom/bath escape on 2nd floor. Attractive decor. The community pool was wonderful after dinner. We will be back!

This was our 3rd time visiting Hilton Head and once again it was a great experience. 229 Turnberry is a very tastefully decorated villa in the centrally-located Palmetto Dunes. Proximity to the beach is about a 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk. The villa backs onto the pristine George Fazio golf course. Our only concern was the pool across the road that had a sign on it saying ‘absolutely no swimming’. A few of the neighbours commented as they were unsure about whether or not to use it. Overall, the experience was very favourable!

Relaxing vacation.

We have stayed in this unit several times. It is one of our favorites. It is very updated and comfortable. It is a god walk to the beach…we love the walk. You can also park at the Disney Resort. Only thing that would make the trip better is an hour earlier check-in…especially during the off season.

Very clean and attractive property. Beautiful updates all around the interior. Well stocked kitchen although we would have like a 10-12 cup coffee maker instead of a Keurig. Access to the beach at this Palmetto Dunes location took longer than expected because we could only locate one public access entry.

Like a Model Home!

This condo was completely updated, clean, fresh, and had all new appliances, silverware, plates, fresh thick towels, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean updates bathrooms and was better than a hotel! Even the kitchen utensils were new and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again. It was so clean and fresh and easy bike ride to the beach or General Store.

Exceptional villa all around. Very very clean, we had brought our own cleaning supplies(Lysol Products)due to Covid but really didn't need to use them. We were completely comfortable from the time we walked in. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved this place. Everything was updated and location in Palmetto Dunes was perfect. Would definitely rent this villa again.

This was our first time to HHI...we are typically Florida vacationers. We had a great time. This condo is gorgeous. The finishes are beautiful. It was a perfect size for a family of four. Extraordinarily clean....and I am VERY picky when it comes to being clean. The beds were comfy and the condo was fully stocked with everything you might need. The pool being steps away was an added bonus. I would definitely rent this condo again. 😊

Very beautiful, peaceful and clean condo. They were very equipped with everything you would need or want except they only had a Keurig for the coffee pot. If we would of known we would of brought our extra from home, we had to go purchase one for our stay. We arrived around 6:30pm and Palmetto Dunes did not have our pass. The rental agency was closed so it took us a little while to get a temporary pass until the next day, when we were able to get our one to get us in for the rest of our vacation. We really like the cleanliness of the resort properties. We will be returning!

We had an amazing week at 229 Turnberry and in HHI. The condo was in mint condition- had spectacular views of the golf course and easy access across the street to the pool. Decor in the condo was beautiful- everything was clean and had the “beach- relaxation feel to it.” Will most definitely come back again and HIGHLY recommend
