The perfect place for your vacation. Spacious (1459 sq ft) 2 bedroom/2 bath well appointed and fully furnished Queens Grant villa. The kitchen is open and inviting, with an abundance of cabinet space, and all the cooking utensils and extras you will need. An island located in center is provides additional seating and doubles as a food prep counter.

There is oak vinyl flooring throughout the villa. We’ve installed new Pella sliding patio doors in the living room & master bedroom. We changed our pictures & decorations this winter giving our villa a warm beach feel and recently bought new furniture which compliments, creating a contemporary and modern look. We consider our villa one of the nicer rental units on the market.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door that leads out to the back deck. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower. The guest bedroom has 1 double & 1 twin bed, two dressers and wall mount flat screen TV.

Relax on our back deck overlooking the ROBERT TRENT JONES golf course. Kick back in Adirondack chairs, read a book or take in the surroundings. The view from our deck is one of the better views in Queens Grant with a true sense of privacy. The community swimming pool is located just 50 yards off the back deck. We furnish a Gas grill on the back deck for your use. A pond and lagoon are very close to our villa, offering boating and fishing opportunities. And or course, The BEACH is never far away.

Enjoy two (2) hours of FREE tennis/pickleball daily at PALMETTO DUNES TENNIS & PICKLEBALL Center. PD had 18 clay courts and 24 Pickle ball courts! Join daily round robins and clinics and more! For link lovers, you have your choice of not one but three (3) first rate golf courses, Arthur Hills, George Fazio, and the famous ROBERT TRENT JONES OCEANFRONT course.

QUEENS GRANT is centrally located, and in our opinion the best condo location in Palmetto Dunes. Close to both the Robert Trent Jones clubhouse, tennis courts and general store, and a 12 minute walk or short bike ride away from the BEACH. Shelter Cove is an easy bike ride and offers numerous restaurants, shopping and marina.

Activities for everyone! BIKES, CANOES, KAYAKS & FISHING gear rentals available on premises at Hilton Head Outfitters. Miles of paved bike paths and beach to ride. Don't miss out on taking advantage of our 11 mile lagoon system; great for kayak, canoe, fishing, birding and scenery!

Palmetto Dunes has 3 miles of beach access. The beach is over 100 yards wide and one can walk or ride a bike for miles along the beach front. THE BEACH IS FANTASTIC. Palmetto Resort offers a seasonal (April -September) door to door free shuttle service, DUNES BUGGY and takes you anywhere in the Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove area.

This property is phenomenal! Spotless and well-equipped. We loved the vaulted ceilings in the living room which made the common space feel so grand. Check-in was easy and the owner responded very quickly to my questions. I enjoyed my morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the golf course. Very relaxing pool area and getting to the beach was just a few minutes away. We appreciated the owner having beach chairs, but you’ll need your own umbrella. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the spacious condo with dishwashing/laundry supplies!! You are right…the location is perfect!!! We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the back deck and enjoyed watching the golfers each morning. Our family enjoyed playing golf all week!! Thank you for one of our best vacations!!

We had a great stay. The location is perfect and the villa had more than enough room for a family of four. We loved walking over to the pool in the evenings and getting picked up by the shuttle to head to the beach. The villa is a bit dated and shows its age in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Awesome stay for an active family

We had an awesome time, from the beach to golf, lots of pickle ball & bike riding-fun was had! Took a dip in the nearby pool, watched deer in the evening from the porch. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Even saw the gator-we call him Grant. Close to everything, inside accommodations were perfect for our family of five. We cooked, played cards, watched a movie, did a load of laundry. Thank you Michael, we are ready to book with you again!

Come to HHI every year and it’s always a fun time. Have stayed at Michael’s condo before and happy to return. He is always there if needed. We had a hurricane on a previous visit and he was so supportive in keeping us abreast of weather conditions. In overall we had great time. Some things in unit could use updating but they are still functional as is. Having bike was great idea. I am suggesting to have bikes delivered/ picked up. One less thing to worry about while unpacking/ packing. Tennis is nice benefit. As guest you would need to put you name on guest list and try to arrange game on your own with other people on same list. To get free tennis you would need to give Michaels last name and they would provide you card pass. Palmetto Dunes is nice but I felt there was too much traffic. When riding bikes with small kids be carefull. Beach is ok. I missed blue water of Florida beaches but it seems there was less waves. Kids had fun anyway. Harbor town and light house left the best impression. It reminded me on some small Mediterranean towns.

Great vacation home for our family

We had a great time, thank you! The house was perfectly suited to our needs. We have 2 teens and an 11 yr old. We biked, kayaked, drove the few min to the beach every day. After a hot late morning kayak we did make use of the pool, it was great that we just walked off the deck and around the corner to get to it. I did bring my slow cooker to make dinner easy, the kitchen had everything else I would need. It was very helpful you provide a small bottle of dishwasher soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent. We were glad to use your beach chairs and umbrella, and not have to travel with ours in the car.

Enjoyable Stay

We had an enjoyable stay and the condo was as advertised. The location was great too. You could head out of Palmetto in no time at all but could ride your bike to the beach in 5 minutes as well.

Great location. One mile walk or bike ride to Shelter Cove Marina (weekly fireworks) and about a one mile walk/bike (or Dunes Buggy ride) to the beach. Pool was rather small and frequently full of leaves but appreciated the shade so we could get out of the sun & that it was a very short walk out the back door

My wife & I were born and raised in Binghamton, NY and still reside there. We both enjoy tennis, biking, hiking, skiing/snowshoeing (winter only!) I am the owner/manager of the Binghamton Tennis Center and Kris is the pro shop manager. Our facility includes 6 indoor/outdoor tennis courts, swimming pool but no beach! While we love the rolling hills and beauty of upstate NY, when we first visited Hilton Head, we fell in love with the place.

Why they chose this property

Kris & myself (Michael) feel that Palmetto Dunes is the perfect resort, and Queens Grant has the best central location. We are a short walk away from the Robert Trent Golf course, tennis and General Store, can easily ride our bikes to the beach, or visit Shelter Cove with its restaurants, shopping options and marina

Relaxing on our back deck overlooking the golf course. Our close proximity to pool, Robert Trent Jones golf course and tennis facility. Also treks to the general store! Enjoying privacy yet very convientently located.
