La cour possède un espace barbecue extérieur, un spa privé et une piscine à débordement qui surplombe le premier fairway du magnifique parcours sud du Mauna Lani. Du lever au coucher du soleil, la vue sur l'océan et le parcours de golf crée le paysage idéal pour la détente et le plaisir. Des étoiles spectaculaires préparent le terrain pour les chaudes soirées tropicales en famille et entre amis.

La cuisine est bien équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme (Wolf et Sub Zero), des armoires personnalisées, de superbes comptoirs en pierre et un espace bar dédié pour agrémenter vos prochaines vacances au paradis.

Pour compléter le niveau principal, une suite d'invité élégante, dotée d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bains privative et d'une vue sur le jardin. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau au niveau principal de cette maison.

Le niveau supérieur de cette propriété offre une vue spectaculaire, trois grandes chambres et une laverie.

Incredible vacation

The townhouse was wonderful, we will definitely visit again. This place was perfect for our extended family vacation with infants, children and adults. We loved everything about it - beautiful home, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, great pool and hot tub. We went to the beach club every day, and enjoyed watching the golfers go by. Sharon was an excellent host.

Perfect Vacation

We had the most wonderful time at this home. The house was spotless and just like staying at your own little resort. Check in was easy and the property manager was so nice and responsive to every question we had. The beach nearby was amazing and the golf cart was so fun to take down there with the kiddos to snorkel and swim. We will 100 percent be back.

This home in Laule'a at Mauna Lani is spotless and new, spacious, perfectly appointed and includes a lovely private pool/hot tub and beautiful ocean views. The owners generously provide the use of their 6 person golf cart which makes getting around Mauna Lani easy and fun. You can't go wrong renting this home.

The Perfect Place

Words cannot express how fantastic this property is. The host Sharon is always a text away and offered the best information as to places to see and visit. The location is convenient to a multitude of activities and the private beach is just a short walk away. The home is nesteled in a quite little cove with fantastic views of the golf course and ocean. Would highly recommend!

We will be back. Already planning a return. This is a villa that feels like a detached home. You have great privacy, along with being nice and quiet. We had 7 adults in the home and never felt crowded. The beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect. I would like to say thank you to Sharon, our property advisor. She was extremely informative and patient . She responded quickly to all questions.

Exceptional property, fabulous location

We just returned from 9 magnificent days at this incredible property. Everything from the moment we arrived was perfection. We walked to get coffee every morning, spent tons of time at the Beach Club and the kids enjoyed snorkeling every day, yummy food and drinks at Napua, and wonderfully relaxing afternoons and evenings on the lanai. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the layout was fabulous. The pool was the perfect size to keep the kids occupied and we loved watching the golfers go by. The entire team was a pleasure to work with as well, from check-in to our departure. The furnishings were lovely and very comfortable, SUPER comfortable beds and very nice bedding and towels. It was an added bonus to have the golf cart to visit the Beach Club and head to the Canoe House for dinner one evening. One of the top rentals we have stayed in anywhere. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!

This property was everything we expected and more both inside and out. This home is spacious and beautifullly appointed. The outdoor space is spectacular with magnificent views of the golf course and the water beyond. The infinity pool and hot tub along with an upscale outdoor kitchen completed our fun! The location is perfect with access to a private beach club where we could safely snorkel and paddleboard. The availability of a golf cart made trips to the beach and food mart easy and fun. Our property contact was great! She was always available to answer our questions and helped guide us in our activities. Everyone who serviced the property was delightful to work with. Our family made great memories and I would return in a heartbeat!

Amazing Property

I almost don’t want to post this review because every available date will be taken for years! This was a family trip - all adults. The views from this property are amazing - the first hole on the south course with the water and Kohala coast beyond. The infinity pool and spa are heated and we used both every day and night. The living room and kitchen are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Each bedroom had its own full bath with double sinks. James and Sharon responded immediately to any questions we had and after a night of trade winds, had the pool service in pronto to clean out the pool and spa. The private beach is a leisure walk or a quick golf cart ride away as is the resort for a cocktail or dinner. From the Ice machine to the Wolf grill, there wasn’t a convenience we could have asked for. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I took our family which included four additional adults, a teenager and a child to stay at the property. It was perfect in every way. The beds were comfortable, the property was beautiful and well appointed, and Sharon and James were so helpful. Everything we needed was right there, comfortable accommodations, a well equiped kitchen, beautiful outdoor space including a barbecue pool and spa, and a six passenger golf cart to cruise around the development. We found snorkeling at the Fairmount orchid to be top notch and my son loved the golf courses. Really this was the best vacation we have had as a family mainly due to staying here. We hope to be back again.

Excellent property

This is a beautiful unit in a small, quiet, nicely landscaped townhouse community. The townhouses have been thoughtfully designed so you cannot really see your neighbors. The house is spacious with a great layout, glass walls that recess completely so the interior blends seamlessly with the lanai, well-appointed kitchens both indoors and out, a pool and spa, and beautiful views of the Mauna Lani gold course, the ocean, and Kohala Mountain. You can walk or take the golf cart (that comes with the unit) to the Mauna Lani beach and Napua, one of the best restaurants on the Island. This was our 7th visit to the Big Island and the second time we've rented this property. We will be back next year!
