Acogedor condominio a pasos de la plaza Coligny y la playa.

Condominio recién actualizado, frente a la plaza Coligny y a 1. 5 cuadras de la playa. Nos enamoramos de HHI y compramos nuestro primer lugar y lo renovamos en 2017/2018. Nos encanta venir aquí para una escapada con nuestros amigos o con nuestros hijos y nietos. Trabajamos arduamente para hacer de este lugar un segundo hogar cómodo y acogedor. Se hizo con amor y esperamos que te sientas como en casa aquí como nosotros.

Puntos destacados: Una cama tamaño king muy cómoda en el dormitorio principal, así como 2 camas completas en el segundo dormitorio. El baño estaba renovado con una ducha. Perfecto para ducharse a usted mismo, a sus hijos o para aquellos de nosotros en la multitud de más edad que no lo hacen tan bien con las duchas de la tina.

¿Viajando con tu familia? Tenemos lo que necesitas. Juegos, juguetes, pack n 'play y una silla alta.

Perfect Location

Furnished very comfortably. Kitchen stocked for nicely for dining in. Location is the best. Near Beach, restaurants and grocery.

Great place to relax!

This condo was in such a great location, walking distance to Coligny and the beach! Grocery store is Handy and within walking distance, too. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing time at HHI.

Wonderful location but needs updating

This location is wonderful. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was clean on the surface however, a good deep cleaning and paint touch ups would take this condo to the next level. For example, as previous guests stated, their is a large area in the living room that has peeling paint, the bathroom fans and vents are extremely dusty and the walls in the bathroom need to be washed. If you don't mind these surface details, this is a good place for you.

Great place and location

This place is the perfect location and really a great little place for a beach vacation. 2 adults and 2 teenage boys fit comfortably! There are only 2 minor things that need to be addressed to make it perfect…one there are like no normal size drinking glasses and then second in the master bedroom there was no remote for TV so we didn’t have a TV for full week. Other then those two minor things I will stay here again!!!!

Perfect Girl’s Trip!!

We loved staying at Mimi’s by the Sea! She was very accommodating and the place was very clean, which was a big one for us. It’s obvious that this is a well cared for location. The walk to the beach takes about 7 minutes (with beach supplies), so I do recommend using a cart or wagon, especially if traveling with little ones and lots to carry. We had 3 adults and plenty of room to move about, plus more bed space if needed. Definitely recommend!!

Best location!

Best location! Loved being so close to everything. Fast and easy communication before and during. Really good experience. This would be especially good for a longer stay since the laundry room is right across the hall. Plus you have a grocery store just a 2 minute walk away in coligny plaza along everything else that everyone else has to drive to and do an endless parking space hunt. That parking space is like gold.

Location was fantastic!

We had a fantastic trip. The condo is located very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. We rented bikes and had them delivered for the week prior to getting there. We biked everywhere. The beach was fantastic to ride on and had bike seats for our 1 year old and 3 year old. We did not do a ton of cooking but did make a couples lunches and breakfasts. The piggly wiggly is a block away and we went there many times. My 3 year old keeps asking to go back on vacation there.

Don't stay here

No direct communication with the owner, just the property manager. there is electrical problems and we vacated early expecting an approved credit for the 12 days we cut our stay short. One month later we are still waiting for our refund. also has a terrible door lock-we had to do it numerous times to lock and unlock.

Not so cozy condo

Bed mattress uncomfortable ,pillows terrible. Had to climb into bed since so high off the floor Not at all suitable for older people. The carpeting was very dirty. The shower controls were a joke , either get scalded or you froze. Amen

Angela was great!!

We have stayed at the Sands Village before, and love the location, property, and units. We haven't stayed in Angela's unit yet, but I wanted to share that she was AMAZING last month with our rental. 9 hours driving down to her unit, a family medical emergency occurred, and we had to turn around and return home to care for our son.....We reached out to Angela and asked if we could reschedule our stay...knowing this was an extremely late cancellation. She was fantastic, asking after our son, and allowing us to reschedule !! We are looking forward to our stay next September, and wanted to share Angela's kindness with future renters!! Many thanks!!

Could use some improvements

Really nice place,the location is as advertised but some areas could use a facelift or repair. Signs of a water leak with peeling paint in living room.Not to crazy about lack of security on property, maybe doors at entrance hallways for tenants only. Refrigerator door needs to be adjusted so it doesn’t bang when opening and most important have a electrician check the system. Many times the lights would flicker and the tv would just shut off. A little disconcerting.

Comfy stay but is in need of upgrades

Overall the beds and stay was comfortable for our small family. We did not receive check in instructions beforehand until we were heading to the condo and I had to directly contact the property manager. First impression is that the condo smelt like mildew, covered up with air fresheners. the place is need in upgrades with walls and ceiling that are peeling/ stained, as well as watermarks. There wasn’t enough supplies left , only one garbage bag and a couple rolls of toilet papers and one paper towel. There were no beach towels just very small shower towels. A few of the pans were left dirty and coffee grounds was still in the pot. Overall the cleaning could have been better. Outside the pool was not cleaned, water was cloudy and the bottom of the pool was soundly and around the pool it garbage filled up , the landscaping wasn’t up kept because there was leaves all over the pool. We have stayed in the same condo complex last year so we were surprised to see the grounds so dirty.

Great location! Very clean.

Location was great. The lock box on door knob was annoying. There is a code on a dead bolt that was used to lock and unlock the door, but you have to pull the door when locking it, this was hard to do with the additional lock box on the door. The place was clean and the location was amazing. The only negative thing is there is no coin machine in the laundry room and I could find anywhere willing to give me change with-in walking distance.

Not quite as listed

My only reason for choosing this property was the 5 star rating but in reality it should be a 3 at best. The bathroom walls were filthy as well as the awful brown shag carpet in both bedrooms. The sliding door does not lock and the screen door is severely ripped. The location is excellent and the owner was very good at responding but the place definitely needs upgrades in order to justify a 5 star rating.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful condo, 5 mins walk to the beach. Location is the best. Condo has all that you need, comfy beds, shower and kitchen. Very safe area and restaurants and grocery store 2 mins walk. Definitely stay here if you like the buzz of Coligny Beach.

The best location

This property is literally steps from Coligny plaza and the beach. We walked or rode our bikes to everything. Although the property is older, the grounds are kept well and Mimi's By the Sea has been renovated nicely. This property was also cleaned very well and had nice extras throughout to make our stay convenient. Thanks Mimi!!

Hilton stay

The place was very clean. It was nice and quiet & close to beach , shops & restaurants. The only complaints that we had were there were not enough towels or wash cloths for the stay, and they might need to work on the door. If one of you were in the room & the other needed to just dash out to the car for something, you had to lock the door. It wouldn"t stay closed otherwise.
