While our home is nestled within the prestigious New Seabury community, vacation rentals—including ours—do not include access to the Popponesset Inn or New Seabury Country Club facilities. These amenities, including the golf course, oceanfront club, and private pools, are reserved exclusively for members with an annual investment of $15,000+, and are not available to any short-term guests.

*That said, you're still in for a relaxing and luxurious stay! Guests of our home enjoy exclusive access to our private pool, along with the coastal charm, pristine beaches, scenic walking trails, and family-friendly destinations that make Mashpee such a beloved Cape Cod getaway.

Please note that the outdoor pool is open seasonally and typically closes shortly after Labor Day as the weather cools in September. It generally reopens in early June, depending on weather conditions and HOA scheduling.
