Enjoyed this condo very much, everything was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. Kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it other than the coffee maker. They make check in and check out very easy. It was chill while we were there but beautiful views out the back of the condo overlooking a golf course. We would love to stay here again! The place was very clean. Well stocked with everything you need for a weekend away. There was a coffee pot, a crockpot, plenty of cups, plates and silverware. We were close to many attractions. Just an overall great experience

Lovely 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in a very quiet, safe area. Lots of food options and recreation nearby, and I went for a run one morning in the safe, quiet neighborhood. The Condo was comfy and well-equipped and Ethan responded quickly any time we needed anything.It’s super-handy having a washer and dryer on-site!Book this one with confidence!

Ethan was very helpful in providing detailed messages before, during, and after the stay. The property was just what we needed, and our family had a great 2 night stay. We will consider staying at this New Seabury condo in the future. Highly recommended and easy to use.

Terrific stay. Condo was well appointed, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Great location to explore the lower Mashpee/Waquoit Bay area. Ethan was extremely responsive helping us connect with the property manager after we went to the wrong pool gate.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Ethan’s condo! First of all, there was Great Communication with the host throughout the stay! The condo was clean, the beds comfortable too. The location was a little off the beaten path but quick to get to Mashpee Commons and Falmouth where we needed to go.

Relaxing Vacation

This lovely property is nestled on a golf course. It is very quiet and well appointed with everything you need. There is a kitchen filled with great appliances and all amenities to cook with.The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms have all shower accessories.

Great Space

The condo was a perfect size for two adults and three teens. Kitchen was well equiped. The only thing I would add to the descriptions is: bring your own beach towels.

Great Stay

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the condo as well as the kitchen being fully stocked. We were even provided with liquor for a cocktail - nice touch! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We stayed over a long weekend attending a wedding.

Very nice large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable living room, large screen TV. Convenient location to golf and restaurant. Well equipped kitchen.

Cape family vacation

We (girls 7 and 10, my husband and I) had a great vacation at Ethan's New Seabury Condo. The place is perfect for a family--spacious but cozy, well appointed but not cluttered. Very close to South Cape Beach, Popponesset Inn, Mashpee Commons, etc. Ethan was cordial and responsive, and everything was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!
