This home is a true Poipu gem. Located in the Poipu Beach Estates neighborhood, this home features a spacious open floor plan with a covered lanai. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area creating the perfect place to gather and “talk story.” All of the bedrooms in this home feature en suite bathrooms with double sinks. The spacious primary bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a freestanding bathtub along with an outdoor shower. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a Queen sized bed and the other has bunk beds consisting of two double beds and two twin beds. This is a perfect place for the younger members of your group to retreat. They will also enjoy the upstairs TV area, which is located between the two bedrooms. Additional amenities at this home include wi-fi and air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms. This home features a pool and spa with a waterfall to lull you into complete relaxation. This home is a short bike ride from the famous Poipu beaches. It is ideal for two families with children. It comfortably sleeps 8. And if two people are willing to share the double beds, you can easily sleep 10.

This house was amazing !! It's very clean and just as pictured. The property is in a great spot on the Island. Close to great food and some of the best beaches. We stayed with a family of four (two teenage boys). I would recommend this property. We loved coming back at the end of the day, relaxing in the pool.

Great family vacation spot

The house and pool were a hit! One thing to keep in mind is that the a/c is only in the bedrooms. The common rooms are not too bad with the windows open and the ceiling fans on. You may want to bring a few extra dish towels.

Comfortable home with plenty of space and amenities. Tucked j to a quiet neighborhood in Poipu you have access to everything you want with the privacy and comfort of a home. Pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen is well stocked. Very clean and modern

Doesn't get better than this

Only problem with our stay is now we are completely spoiled for any future rentals. The house is stunning and welcoming, kids (and adults) loved the pool. Property management company went above and beyond with the little touches. Everything was perfect.

We came to Kauai after a 20 year absence and could not have pu is a better place to stay for our family. Not only was the home gorgeous, clean, spacious, etc. but it was laid out perfectly for a family of 10. (8 are 27-20). Everything from the deck, yard, pool, proximity to the ocean was SPOT ON!! We sincerely thank you for opening up your home to us!!

Absolute Perfection!!!!

We will be back to Kauai just so we can stay in this house again!!! It is so private and serene - a true oasis. Walking distance to shops and ice cream. Amazing pool and jacuzzi - our 4 and 3 year olds wanted to swim in the pool the entire trip - they preferred the pool over the beach and resort pools!!!! Communication with property management was excellent - super quick responses and so helpful!! Thank you so much! We had a fabulous experience.

PERFECT PARIDISE

This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was great in order to escape and relax. After a long day of adventures, the retreat at Poipu was exactly what our bodies needed. The full kitchen allowed for us to eat at our convenience and cook any, all meals that we wanted.

This home is lovely. We had a wonderful time. The water features were a big hit.

A couple of issues...no hot water to the kitchen sink all week was a cleaning challenge, the pump to the pool made a great deal of noise in the master bedroom and house, not good cleaning devices available and main sofa very uncomfortable and needs replacing. For the cost of this rental...these things need to be addressed. We did have a good time and loved the peace and quiet at this location. Thank you.

This was a fantastic place for a family. It could not have been better

This was perfect for a mix of adults and kids. The pool and hot tub was good for all of us. We saved money by cooking at home, but we still had good restaurants close. The VRBO office manager, Jessica, helped us from start to finish and could not have been better. We would go do it again in a heartbeat.

The vacation home is more spacious than shown. The lanais are huge the kitchen was well equipped. The pool is salt water. I wouldn’t take toddlers-too many steps and very deep pool.

Annual Family Vacation

First time visiting the island of Kauai and decided to choose this property. The home is beautiful and located in a really nice neighborhood. Large master bedroom located in the main floor and two additional rooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms. Walking distance to local restaurants, stores and coffee shop. Property Manager is great. She is extremely kind, helpful and trustworthy. We forgot something in the home and were able to retrieve it within a few hours of leaving the property. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great house! Highly recommend!

We are a family of six (2 adults and 4 kids all under 12 years old). We travel a lot and many times in Hawaii and Kauai. We had excellent communication with the property manager Jessica before and during our stay. She knew we were landing well before check in time. She gave us great updates on when the house would be ready. When we got in the house, we were greeted with the wonderful trade winds flowing through the house and Hawaiian music planting throughout the house. We truly felt like we were finally in Hawaii. The home is large and modern. All three bedrooms worked great for us. The kids loved the bunk bed room. I mean loved. Who wouldn’t love those cool bunk bed stairs? All the bathrooms are wonderful. Loved the big towels and there were plenty of them. The Sonos sound system is amazing. Recommend downloading the app so you can control the music in different rooms. The downstairs lanai is wonderful. There is nothing but open land on the one side. We would sit in the chairs and watch the clouds fly by from the trade winds. At night you have a huge view of the stars. I miss it. Pool is smalish but works great for cooling off. We used the hot tub more, which we didn't realize it had until we got there. Only areas of suggestions for the house: an outdoor table would be really nice to eat at instead of balancing plates on lap or coffee table. The home could use a few more pieces of Hawaiian decor. Not sure if it was due to covid but basic cooking staples would be nice, spices and oil, etc. We will stay here again for sure.
