Thank you for a wonderful stay. Your property was beautiful and provided plenty of space for my family of six. We especially appreciated the bottle of champagne for my birthday and the lovely Hawaiian floral arrangement. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and the scenery from the lanai. We also appreciated how responsive and accommodating the property manager was throughout our stay, particularly on our departure day. We would love to stay at this incredible home again in the future.

Perfect Island Getaway

This was my 5th time across various Hawaiian islands. A superb property with everthing a family could ever wish for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kauai. Great rental property for the whole family. 3BR/3BA, super clean, and with more TVs than we could use. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. pool was perfect size for my 3 yr old and nice plunges with the family. I loved the outdoor living room too. Only minor criticism is that the main living room could use some blinds for the end of day sun, but all bedrooms had them and house was great. Would stay again and recommend.

We are exacting in our standards for a place to stay. We couldn't be more pleased. If you are looking for luxury, a great location and ample space this listing is ideal. The private pool is a bonus. Located in a quiet residential area it is a few minutes to the beach and close to good restaurants and shopping. Brand new construction with all the amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very comfortable beds, high grade linens and quality soaps, etc. It is larger than it appears on the photos. Excellent responsive property managers. You are certainly made to feel welcome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We especially loved the plunge pool and the outside covered sitting area. They keep the home clean and stocked with supplies from hair and body products to paper towels & toilet paper. Beds are very comfortable but the bedrooms were not very large (had to cram suit cases into closet). They have a wide variety of things to watch on tv which was great. I would have liked to have some kind of window treatments in the living area as the sun shining in was brutal in the morning and sunset. The other thing that was difficult to use were the switches to lights and fans and that the outside lights would go on and off and was not worth my time to try and turn them off. Also, the outside lights do not light up the walkway. If you have any questions they were just a phone call away and I did need them to come clean the main shower out as the drain was plugged and I was unable to get to it because it is covered with a heavy tile which I don't understand, but they were the next day by noon.

Fabulous home!

The house is beautiful and well stocked. They had shampoo, body wash, conditioner and body lotion in each bathroom. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. We bought more to replenish what we used. My only suggestions for the owners are, 1, Put some squeegees in the showers before your beautiful shower doors get ruined, and 2. We had 6 adults and there is only seating for 5 on the patio and family room. Not a big issue inside as we could use dining room chairs, but we spent a lot of time on the outside patio and one more chair would have been nice. We brought a chair down from the upstairs deck, but it would have been nice to have 2 chairs up there as well. That being said, I would still give the house a 10 out of 10. It also has 2 washers and dryers in the garage which was really nice.
