Welcome to the Mountaintop Suite Spot! This space has its own private entrance, and is a private ground level cozy and comfortable downstairs suite, located in a welcoming wooded neighborhood and minutes from downtown Woodland Park. Whether its for business or pleasure, come and enjoy the heart of Colorado! You can stay in and relax to watch the wildlife in the backyard, take a stroll into town for coffee or take a drive and see some beautiful scenery to some amazing landmarks!The home is very central in Colorado. There are many things to do locally and within a couple hours drive. There is abundant access to hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, hunting, fishing, horse backpacking within minutes... or if you are up for some more incredible scenery, you can visit major resorts like Vail, Breckenridge and State Parks within a few hours! The cute town of Woodland Park features shops, restaurants, a golf course with the famous and stunning Pikes Peak in view and just minutes away from driving up to seeing 4 states on a clear day! Also, Mueller State Park, Charis Bible College, Wolf & Wildlife Center, Mollie Kathleen Mine is nearby. 20 minutes is Manitou Springs & Colorado Springs, with an abundance of activities and again, just to name a few; The 5 star Broadmoor Hotel is a great place to grab a coffee and walk around the absolutely beautiful grounds, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods and Air Force Academy. You can walk or drive into town for shopping, food or necessities! We have 2 supermarkets, 2 Health food stores, Walmart, etc...A number of restaurants to choose from...I will have a preferred list for you when you arrive!
