Historic Bristol Town Center Apartment

Bright, very clean, cozy, smoke-free, private, second floor apartment located in town center of historic Bristol. This two bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates 4 with with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Full kitchen with microwave, toaster, and Coffee Maker is available, and also wireless internet and TV. There is a washer and dryer in basement if needed, and parking in the driveway or on the street. The back yard, patio, and grill is also available for your use and is shared with the 1st floor apartment.
Please note: It is located on the 2nd floor so you must be able to walk up about 2 exterior and 10 interior stairs as it is a converted 2 family that was an old house at one time.

Enjoy walking to water and docks, shopping, restaurants, pubs, cafe's, coffee shops, Carnival (around the week of July 4th), and free concerts near the water in June, in the beautiful historic town of Bristol. The town is 20 minutes to both Newport and Providence, and an hour from Boston, and Cape Cod.

Please know, while we have always been particular with cleaning and cleanliness before the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been paying extra attention to cleaning other items such as door handles, faucets, and making sure everything is sterilized. We will continue to provide the utmost care with making sure everything is washed and upholstery is sanitized as was done prior to the COVID-19 virus outbreak.

Note: This is a smoke-free building. We kindly ask that any smoking be done outside. Smoking is permitted on the property anywhere but inside the building. Please see "House Rules" for more on this. Thank you.
