Strawberry Park condos feature true ski-in/ski-out luxury accommodations. Located directly on the slopes, next to a high speed express chairlift. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam, sauna, and an exercise room on site. All located just steps to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, three bathrooms featuring washlet toilets in the master bedroom and second bedroom, deck area with a gas grill, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has two full beds, also a sofa sleeper in living room. Also equipped with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. This unit has AIR CONDITIONING. There is an assigned ski locker on the ski access level, free wifi, great views.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
