New for 2024 Air conditioning in the great room and two en-suite bedrooms. Great home for multi-generational gatherings of family & friends. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 guests.1.6 miles from The Bretton Woods ski resort. 1.8 miles to the Mount Washington Hotel. Ideal White Mountains location for skiing & outdoor fun. Unit provides Pack-n-play, toddler bed & children's toys.
Main floor has updated kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots & pans guests should need. Open concept living & dining space with wood burning fireplace & vaulted ceilings and a glorious view of the Bretton Woods Ski resort. New for 2024 air conditioning. Off the foyer French doors open to a bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom shares a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with the living area. Main floor has a large deck for soaking up the sun.
Upstairs has two en-suite bedrooms for extended privacy. First is larger & has a king sized bed. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen bed. both have air conditioning.
Ground floor has a large room for entertainment, two bedrooms & a full bathroom. Shuffleboard & Foosball tables offer hours of entertainment value. First bedroom offers a space for play. Outfitted with two singles and a bunk bed. The smaller second bedroom has a queen bed.

Enjoyed a very nice golf trip at Mount Washington, the accommodations were everything that we were hoping to get, there was eight people, we had plenty of room, plenty of beds and everyone enjoyed their stay very much, we will be renting this unit again next year

Why they chose this property

We spent several years looking for the perfect spot to share. We wanted a ski house with two en-suite bedrooms with separate entertaining areas. One for the adults and one for the kids. Bretton Woods hadn't really been on our radar until we visited friends at their condo which is about 200 feet away. After having a great weekend at BW we looked at the Condo and made an offer a few days later. Being in the White Mountains offers 4 season adventure. Bretton Woods is a great family mountain that offers a great secluded White Mountian National Forest & snow sports experience.
