This is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 2nd floor condo. It is conveniently located (within 10 minutes) of the Mount Washington Cog Railway (a must see) and the famous Omni Hotel. We will definitely stay here again if traveling in the area.

Hi Kenny, Thank you for your stay. In terms of the cleaning crew, we have a new cleaner that is starting in October. In terms of your stay there were unfortunately multiple issues. Upon checkout you left the door unlocked and open. You also set off the fire alarm at 11:00 PM at night. We received notification and tried calling but did not receive an answer. The police came by as a courtesy to check through Ring that everything was ok. You also had more travelers in your part then stated. Prior to your stay you called multiple times with numerous questions beyond what is normal. We assisted you throughout the process and allowed you to check-in early.

This was a great place to stay! The condo was clean, cozy, and quiet. The master bedroom was spacious, and all of the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens. Everything we needed was easy to find. Loved enjoying my morning coffee with the views from the back deck. There was a general store and gas station nearby for any last minute items we needed. Short 25 minute drive to Santa’s Village and a great brewery about 20 mins away in Bethlehem. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot for quick weekend up skiing with kids. Clean condo, plenty of sleeping space, great proximity to mountain. Unit had everything we needed and host was very communicative.

It gets very loud when the rest of condos around are occupied, I couldn't sleep till late not even one night.

During the guest stay on the two nights (August 21 and August 22), we did not see any other guest vehicles in the parking area, nor any activity that would indicate noise issues. During their stay they also did not tell us about this noise issue. The condo complex is a very quiet place, and all of our other guests have never had a problem with noise. We also checked with the two full‑time owners on site; both confirmed there were no noise concerns during those nights. The guests were upset that we would not let them grill on the deck as per HOA rules all grilling is to be done outside at 10 feet away from the building. Additionally, upon checkout we noticed they left the condo door unlocked and open. The instructions were sent regarding this.

We had a wonderful stay here over the holidays! Our condo was very cozy and clean! The kitchen was well stocked and appreciated the comfy beds and couch. The communication during the booking process was easy with Brendan and Linda and during our stay they answered any questions immediately. We rent at Bretton every year during this week and would definitely come back. Had a great week of skiing and spending time with family!

This is a great location to be close to the Omni. We could drive there in 3 minutes and have dinner or get a coffee. and my husband and son played golf. This building is very quiet and very comfortable with lovely sun in the morning. We chose it because it has two king beds and we all slept well and will definitely be going again.

Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with a beautiful view. Very clean and up-to-date. Nice kitchen, nice living room, nice sized TV, and great bed setup with 2 king size beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. We had a couple of issues, but the communication and response by the host was great. Only a few minutes from Mt Washington Cog Railway activity. Washer connections need to be replaced. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the condo while attending a wedding at the Omni Hotel. The price for the condo was so much more reasonable than the hotel rooms. The hotel was a short 5 minute drive down the road.
