My family has been staying here every Fall for a few years now and it never disappoints. Hospitality is unmatched. The property and house are so well-maintained. The views are magical, and the sounds of the rushing stream are almost therapeutic. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Perfect house for a week in the White Mountains. House was as good as the listing and very comfortable for 8 adults. Responsive communication from the owner throughout. I can highly recommend this property.

This was our 5th year staying at this home. The location is very convenient for a trip to Santa’s Village. Great home for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. We had everything we needed to cook meals and the property has plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the theater room, pool table, outdoor games and sitting by the brook. My family looks forward to returning next year!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. I take my children and grandchildren to Santa’s Village which is very close by. The house has plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. The owner is always attentive. If you have a question or concern she gets right back to you.

This house deserves more than 5 stars! It was immaculate, well furnished, very well stocked and comfortable. And the grounds are wonderful. We brought our 2 children and their families. The grandkids are 4-8 years old and had an absolute ball exploring, enjoying the hot tub and fire pit (with supervision) and the waterfall babbling brook. Your home made a good vacation great. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Alder Brook Lodge. The house was clean and nicely kept. We had multiple families with young children and they all enjoyed the house, especially the movie/bunk room! Would definitely recommend for a group getaway.

We planned a visit to Santa's Village and Story Land with friends and this was the perfect place to stay. The kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and there was plenty of space to spread out. It's located in a great area and the house was clean and exactly as described.

Family getaway

Alder Brook Lodge is a beautiful property with amazing views. We were so impressed by the space we had for all ages to spread out. We loved splashing in the brook and having a pool tourney! Great response time from the host too! Would definitely stay again!!

Great vacation home

The house layout was great with bedrooms on the first floor, and a hang out space on the bottom floor. The yard was large and beautiful. The house was clean and we had a great time.

Great home for our family vacation
