A lovely quiet home away from home! Located in the downtown of WPB 3 blocks east of City Place shopping restaurants entertainment comedy and 3 blocks south of Clematis restaurants shopping. Studio Queen Bed and pull out couch, 48inch TV, full bath tub/shower, refrigerator w/icemaker, stove, sink, convection microwave oven and all the amenities you need for preparing and cooking. We have coin Laundry on the same level.

Clean and comfortable in a fabulous location

Exactly as advertised. Immacuately clean, small studio with kitchenette, leather sofa, bar height table and chairs, big screen tv, queen bed, bath/shower, wifi. It's as good as any affordable hotel room with an attentive manager that's proud of the building.

Great place to land in downtown West Palm Beach

Great location — walked or biked to restaurants, shops and events in downtown West Palm Beach. Efficiency is immaculate and accurately represented. Manager was accommodating, efficient and welcoming.

Adorable downtown getaway
