Relájese en medio del exuberante paisaje tropical que lo recibe en los Condominios Ali'i Kai. Esta unidad a nivel del suelo se abre a una extensa selva tropical en el lado de "Mauka" (montaña), y a vistas parciales al océano en el lado de "Makai" (océano). Espectaculares puestas de sol y arco iris se pueden disfrutar en la famosa cordillera de Bali Hai desde la comodidad de su "hogar lejos del hogar".

Este lujoso condominio ha sido renovado al 100% teniendo en cuenta todos los detalles:

La cocina: Totalmente equipada con encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gabinetes personalizados de teca.

Serene, tranquil and stunning views of the verdant tropical forest and mountain backdrop. Both of my parents were born and raised in Kaua’i and yet, I’m still in awe of the majesty of the mountains! The condo was extremely clean, well stocked, and all the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We walked daily around the beautifully landscaped grounds and golf course. I love supporting single owner vacation homes versus a large conglomerate or corporation that is impersonal and where you’re considered just a number. The owner Matt was very friendly, gracious, attentive and responsive to all of our needs. You will love your stay here!!!

Super nice little unit. Furniture and flooring aretop notch. Kitchen well appointed. Clean with nothing really for condiments/ oils/ coffee or tea - so bring everything but salt and pepper. Fold out couch is perfect for Keiki. 3 TVs meet the kids wants.

We love staying at the Alii Kai property in Princeville and this unit did not disappoint. The view of the picturesque mountains out the dining room window was breathtaking with the lush privacy and cool breeze out the living room sliding glass door. Owners of the unit have done an exceptional job of updating the unit to be both inviting and comfortable. We would highly recommend this unit and look forward to a return trip! Well done.

Lovely stay!!

Our stay was lovely. We love the Princeville and Hanalei area for the beaches, shopping and good food. The weather could have been a little nicer (quite a bit of rain this week), but not anything to stop you from having a good time. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

This is the second condo we've rented in Princeville. I really loved the location of this condo! It's situated ideally for the breeze coming from either the mountains or the ocean that runs right through the home, and since there isn't any A/C this makes the home very comfortable. The peekaboo view of the ocean is nice, but the view of the mountains are absolutely beautiful! Amazing. The condo complex was very quiet, which was great since we had a couple early morning excursions. The beds were comfortable and the dining table big for playing games at night. We took the bikes out, and used the smash ball game a couple times at the beach. We had a great stay at your condo! We would rent again from you for sure! Thank you

Turtle Cave resort

The VRBO unit was a great place with views of the Mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. We wish we had booked it for a longer period. Matt was very responsive and check in was fast and easy.

Views were amazing! Cornhole boards were a huge hit with my boys! The condo stayed cool with the windows open. We had a lovely stay! I highly recommend!

This place is beautiful. We had two adults and two kids and it was perfect. It has two king beds with separate bathrooms and another queen pull-out couch. There is no AC, but with the wind and the fans it is very comfortable sleeping. The only issue with sleeping is you better bring some earplugs because the roosters will get going at 4 am. One really great perk is you can walk from the condo to a trail down to Turtle Cave. The trail is steep and sketchy, but the reward is incredible snorkeling and the chance to see turtles chilling in this huge cave. Go early before the wind and on a low tide. Also, the condo had great beach chairs, masks, fins, corn hole,..pretty much anything you need for a fun day in Hanalei. Another nice perk was the pool with multiple bar-b-que grills for anyone to use. Princeville isn't some quant little town in the country, but with the Turtle Cave, the view, the proximity to Hanalei, hiking in Napali Coast, and access to groceries and restaurants, you can't go wrong renting here with a family or even a couple.

Loved everything!

Such a great spot will definitely be back and stay longer. We were in Maui first so this was our shorter part of the trip but we wished we would have booked this for the 8 days instead. It comes fully equipped with everything you would need for the beach! Thanks again for everything!

Best communication and place

Matt was the best we’ve ever worked with. His property is amazing, spacious, and beautiful. We wish we had more time and could have enjoyed it more, but next time we’re back in Kauai, we will definitely stay here again. The property was incredible, but again, Matt the owner was that much more incredible with his accommodations for us.

Home away from home

This property was just as described in the advertisement. We stayed here with our 3 children and settled in for 2 weeks. It felt like home to us! Comfortable, clean, and had everything youd need in the kitchen! The property was well kept, felt safe and was beautiful. Very impressed with this rental and would stay again for sure. Matt was excellent to communicate with as well.

Wow! From the first moment this property exceeded our expectations. First off, the setting is incredible. We all agreed that the view from the dining room table was one of the most beautiful we'd ever seen. And Princeville is a gorgeous home base for exploring the north shore of Kauai. The kids loved the two pools and hot tub. Located in a great neighborhood for jogging and there's even a playground close by. Easy access to Hanalei Bay. Minor issue, but the kitchen could be stocked with a few more spices, but otherwise it was perfect for meals at home. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing!!

We loved this condo and the area. The Mountain View’s were gorgeous and there was a lookout from the cliffs just a short walk away. Matt, the host was awesome letting us know when to avoid traffic and being available by text as soon as we had arrived on the island. The unit itself has super comfy beds and two masters which we loved. The shed closet is well stocked with beach chairs, bikes, snorkel gear, beach toys and umbrellas. Really above and beyond! I think the pictures don’t do this unit Justice. We would absolutely stay here again.
