Este hermoso condominio frente al mar de 3bd / 3ba fue completamente remodelado a principios de 2019 y cuenta con todos los pisos y muebles nuevos. La unidad se encuentra en el popular Blue Water Keyes Resort y tiene capacidad para 10 huéspedes con 1 rey en el dormitorio principal, 2 reinas en el 2º dormitorio, 1 reina en el 3º dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Este complejo se encuentra a minutos de Barefoot Landing, con tiendas, restaurantes, espectáculos, atracciones y campos de golf, ya solo un corto trayecto en automóvil de todas las atracciones de Grand Strand de Myrtle Beach que esperan ser exploradas..

Great location and the condo was clean and very nice. Great large balcony and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed.

Great family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The condo was in a great location and close to a lot of things in the area. We also enjoyed the large balcony right on the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect and the renovations were great. We made meals in a couple of nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks so much for a great vacation away and we can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful property! Perfect size for me and my husband and our two girls and son. Spent Thanksgiving there and property had everything we needed. This may be our new family tradition!

Nicely Renovated

This property was in a great location, nicely renovated, very well laid out and very clean. We had no issues at all except that the beds were not the most comfortable.

Great week in North Myrtle Beach

Property was as described on website. Updated condo directly on the beach. 10th floor so plenty of views. Pool and lazy river were clean and not crowded. Condo was updated and plenty of room for a family of 8. Actually could have taken 2 more for the sofa sleeper. Would definitely stay again!

Mother’s Day vacation

This condo was perfect! We had so much room and the balcony was amazing! We ate most of our meals out on the balcony! We will definitely book again. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. I personally lived the walk in closet in Master Bedroom that I used for my prayer closet. It was a great week!!

Beautiful condo and great location

Kitchen was well appointed, decor was beautiful and the owner touches were thoughtful- like the favorite dining recommendations on the fridge, puzzles and games to enjoy. Enjoyed the pool and lazy river in the building as well. Balcony was a nice size with room to dine or relax. Cleaning crew could do a better job dusting things like lamps. There was a good layer of dust on some things they clearly miss each time. Didn’t detract from our stay but it was noticeable. Would stay here again! Whole family enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave!

Family beach vacation

Great location for North Myrtle and more North areas. Access to beach is very easy, and pool and especially lazy River are nice amenities. Unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need to get you started for a day and most everything you need in kitchen. It was pretty clean, but housekeeping was done too quickly, beds were made hurriedly and we had to redo everything before sleeping the first night, not a big deal but owners should know.

Good large space inside for the 6 people we had.All the mattresses were very uncomfortable and seemed needing updated as the rest of the condo. Mattresses and maybe power wash balcony (black/dirty on ground) is my only negative and of all the guests.

Great Vacation Rental Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and condo were great! Our group was 6 adults and one child and it found the condo to have plenty of space. A few minor observations: 1. The mattresses in all 3 rooms were hard and uncomfortable. I have spent 20 years traveling for work and staying in hotels 3-4 nights per week. I can say without hesitation these are in the top 5 worst for comfort. Every adult in our group commented how hard they were and how uncomfortable they were to sleep on. 2. The height limitations of the parking garage mean tall SUVs and any 3/4 ton truck will only be able to park in the limited number of grounds level spaces which are hard to get. This limitation was not posted anywhere. Ground level has 8ft of clearance but all floors above are limited to 6ft 8in. 3. The master bathroom has a whirl pool tub. However the jets on the side of the tub had stains and discolored liquid dripping out of them. Not an issue for showering but I would not soak in this tub. 4. Two of the kitchen drawer faces were broken and at risk of falling off when you opened the drawer 5. The bottom rack of the dishwasher makes contact with the rotating water dispenser so nothing on the bottom rack gets clean.I would definitely stay here again, if the mattresses were replaced.

Everything looked just as pictured, check in was extremely easy and the unit was clean with amazing views. We lucked out with some great weather and were able to flip off the AC to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of the waves and were able to eat all our meals on the patio. If we return to North Myrtle in the future, we would 100 stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: I didn't realize until after I booked that we had to go by the real estate office to pick up keys and swim bands and then had to drop them off again when we left at the office. I prefer a keyless check in so will probably choose a different complex on our next trip. Keys were hard to keep up with going back and forth to the pool and beach.

The table on the deck is too large and difficult to seat 6 people without hitting the doors or railing.2. The mattresses were not very comfortable. They are spring mattresses that have very little padding. Change out the mattresses and we will be back for sure!
