Quiet Lake Tahoe vacation home. Nestled in the heart of Meyers.

This vacation home sits on a quiet circle with open meadow across the street and on both sides of the house. It has been recently updated and has all the amenities.
Gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Washer and dryer (must
supply own laundry soap)Wood burning fire place as well as a gas fire place downstairs. Wrap around deck with a hot tub. Its located in Meyers and is only 10 min. from the lake. Approx. 15 min. to
downtown and Heavenly Village. The home sleeps up to 8 but 6 comfortably. Close to golf, hiking and biking trails. Grocery and gas, coffee shop and restaurants within a mile. In the winter it's an excellent middle ground for skiing Heavenly,Kirkwood and Sierra at Tahoe. No Smoking and No Pets. No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. Must be 21 years or older.

Craig and Kim purchased the home in 2014 from a family member. It has been in the family for over 20 years. We also have a home in Sacramento. We are avid skiers and love our summers here as well. We have decided to share our home as of recently and hope that you enjoy and return as much as you'd like.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique property as it sits in a very private circle. There are no immediate homes around which is a rarity in Tahoe. We are close to the lake, casinos and skiing, yet far enough away that you are away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Conveniently located off of hwy 50.
