Our home is ideally situated between the sparkling Gulf beaches and the serene Anna Maria Sound. You're just a short walk from a smaller, more private beach in the city of Bradenton Beach. For more recreation, the bay is also within walking distance and features a basketball court, a playground, and a small launch area for canoes or kayaks.

Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the beach. For exploring further, the free island trolley stops nearby every 20 minutes, providing easy and charming transportation to the island's best restaurants, bars, and historic sights.

You will have private access to the entire elevated home, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience during your vacation. Although it's a back-to-back duplex, there are no shared amenities whatsoever.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you kindly observe the following rules:
• Maximum occupancy of the home includes all children and infants.
• A maximum of two vehicles are permitted per unit. RVs, campers, and trailers are not allowed.
• We are pet-friendly! Pets are considered but require prior approval. A pet fee will be charged per stay.
• Service animals are welcome at no extra charge. We do require knowing what skill or task the animal has been trained to perform. Emotional support animals are subject to the standard pet fee.

By booking, guests agree to abide by all house rules and to be responsible for all costs associated with the repair or replacement of any damages that may occur during the stay.
