This lovely beachfront condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with updates throughout the entire unit- complete with a beachy feel! Warm and cozy, just like a home away from home, with a jaw dropping beachfront view of course!

The living area is so light and roomy with the gorgeous view of the beachfront pool and Indian Shores beach for our picture perfect sunsets. The fully stocked kitchen has a bar area with some barstool seating for a quick meal or catching up while preparing those homecooked meals you and your family love. All of the necessities you could need are here, including cookware, utensils, both types of coffeemakers, and more.

The master bedroom has beautiful hardwood floors and a King sized bed, large smart TV, plus a private balcony, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet.

The Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed with it's own smart TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep 6 in total.

The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, and is right next to the bedrooms.

You will love the spacious living area that leads you out to the beachfront balcony overlooking Indian Shores Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour beverage or lunch out here while listening to the waves or watching the sunset. Enjoy the comfortable new chairs and table with seating for your whole group. You'll always have a front row seat to the sunset every night!

Across the street from the complex is the intercoastal waterway for great fishing and a public boat launch area. You can even rent a boat, kayaks, paddle boards, or jet skis nearby for more fun!

You have one undercover assigned parking spot and one uncovered parking spot, a secured elevator entrance, private pool, and direct beach access at this wonderful complex. You are not far from some wonderful local restaurants too, a couple within walking distance, but many just a short drive away. There is a coffee bar, pizza restaurants and an access road off the beach island to a nearby grocery store and other conveniences all close by. We supply beach chairs, beach umbrella and some beach toys/floats for your use as well as a few beach towels. There is free WIFI within this unit, and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Pack your bathing suit, we have everything else you'll need! This awesome beachfront retreat is ready for you to come make some lasting memories with your friends and family.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
There is one assigned parking spot for this unit, and one guest spot you are allowed to use. Only 2 spots in total. If you have extra cars, you will have to park them elsewhere.
