The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Surfside Beach

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hermitage G-1. Only one thing to note - the master bath door sticks and my wife got stuck in there! She had a very hard time getting out; a little sanding on the door would help-haha.

Wonderful condo

We had everything we could need. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Very nice location. Close to the beach. We will definitely book this condo again

Family reunion

We come to Surfside Beach every summer for our family reunion. G 1 of the Hermitage is great for us because it's close to the beach and we have other family members near by. It's clean and comfortable with nice furniture.

Weekend in Surfside Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an enjoyabe stay at this condo. It was very much like it was advertised. Very quaint and convenient to everything. Also enjoyed the quiet setting with the balcony and view of the pond.

I would stay here again. A nice quiet neighborhood. Can walk to restaurants. And close enough for a quick drive to Myrtle Beach

Best Host group in town!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Local Host for our condo was incredible! We had several important issues & as soon as we brought them to his attention the problem was solved!We really couldn’t believe the service!

Nice location, nice size, but dirty.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. 1. When we arrived there were 2 bags of dirty linen left in the 2nd bedroom closet. It took 2 days after telling management to have them removed. The carpeting had food & drink stains, and was generally dirty. The refrigerator interior moldings were filled with mold. The washing machine lid was dirty. Before we left I vacuumed, cleaned all sinks & counter tops and removed all of our trash. Last year we stayed at a Virbo condo in Emerald Isle and it was immaculate. It would be nice if the company set some standards.

Another great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the ease of the reservation system through checkout this has been another great stay! This condo is 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet residential area of Surfside Beach. It’s an easy walk to several good restaurants many featuring live music. The condo itself is clean, well stocked with all cooking needs including a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. There’s seating for 6 around the dining room table and additional seating at the bar. Furnishings are in great condition and very comfortable. Everything in the condo worked perfectly and we had no issues with maintenance. There’s a bit of noise from the above and adjacent condos but was not a problem for us however it could be an annoyance for light sleepers. We were sent a text message from the property manager letting us know that the condo was ready for our arrival all it took was a key code and our vacation started. The property manager is quick to reply to any questions or concerns that may come up during your stay.I would recommend this condo if you’re looking for a quiet location close to the beach and reasonably priced. Once you park there’s a high likelihood that you will not move again due to the walkability of the area and nearby restaurants. We were very pleased with the experience and will be staying again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we enjoyed this location, proximity to beach,walking paths, restuarants. Pool was nice. Furniture in bedroom 2 not as shown on site: very disappointed with beds and layout. baseboards very dusty throughout and in need of attention and paint.slats in all louvered doors very dusty throughout; balcony furniture adequate, but flooring not swept prior to our arrival.
