Charming Family Friendly NOPA Flat with a Brand New Hot Tub.

Spacious and light-filled one floor flat in the incredible NOPA neighborhood. Perfect for a family. Quick walk to parks/restaurants/bar in Nopa & Upper Haight. One bedroom has a California King bed with French doors to the front living room. The front room can be a children's play room with toys, puzzles, train table, toy grill and kitchen, and drawing/coloring materials. This front room can also be used as the third bedroom (we will include a top of the line queen air mattress).

Classic 1908 building with a recent remodel. The flat has an open floor plan and classic San Francisco features - pocket doors, french doors, crown molding, venetian plaster, and two fire places. Large deck right off the living space with new outdoor furniture, new 55" smart TV, gas grill, heat lamp, and string lightening. Step down from the deck to the deeded back yard, including slate patio, a brand new jet hot tub, with a 55" outdoor smart TV that can be rotated 180 degrees, new rain outdoor shower head, grass area, landscaping, and a water feature fountain. West facing living area and deck/backyard provides lots of natural light.

Dark wood floors, wifi, 55"smart TV, washer and dryer, Carrara marble in kitchen and bathroom, plus all high end appliances (Viking, Jenn-Air, etc.)

* Owners need to have seldom access to their bedroom on lower level (that is always locked). Guests will get a notice in advance.

Great place to stay

We stayed here just to get a feel for San Francisco. It’s really close to the Golden Gate Park so we did a lot of activities there. It’s got fun dinner places just down the street and a cool corner store. Overall we are really happy with our stay and the location .

Beautiful house in a great location

This house is amazing! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Panhandle with our dog and visit all the great restaurants in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the location was very quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful holiday in SF

We stayed at this property while visiting family and friends in SF. It was perfect for our family of 4, we loved the house and the location! Would've been ideal to have parking included, as it can be hard to find parking especially on street cleaning days. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our future visits!

This NOPA townhome had everything anyone could ask for. It was comfortable, centrally located and had hummingbirds by the picture window in front. The hot tub was a perfect beginning and end to every day! I loved this place and hope to be back there some day! Thank you for having us!

Perfect family city retreat

We rented this apartment for my parents to enjoy with their grandson (2 years old) while visiting SF. It is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. The place has everything you need and Val and Andrew are great host and very responsive to any concerns. The outdoor area with the hot tub is an amazing addition. Thanks for a great stay!

We adored our time at Andrew and KTs. It had everything we could want and more. Val is always there to help as well. We felt like we’d walked into a home not a short term rental. Outstanding-Best place for a family

This home far exceeded our expectations. It had all the comforts of home, but better! The owner and property manager were so responsive and welcoming. Such a gorgeous home in a wonderful neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood but just steps from restaurants, parks, and shops. The home has all the conveniences of home for a family, including toys, a basketball hoop (our 9 year old’s favorite!), and a hot tub. Luxurious amenities like Sonos speakers, deck with a grill, hot tub, and a gorgeous chef’s kitchen made the house like home but better. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with 2 teenagers for a week. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family!

Great house in great location

We loved the house especially the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee for our first day. Check-in was super easy. The house was within walking distance of the park as well as many restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Great stay!
