Mt Charmer-nära NAU, Downtown, Trails & Hwy to Canyon

Nyligen ombyggt hus byggt 1959 beläget strax norr om centrum Flagstaff. Vi är mindre än en mil från centrum, 1/8 kilometer från närmaste livsmedelsbutik och 3/4 mil från Buffalo Park och Mt. Elden trail system. Detta hus är ett par kvarter från motorvägen till Grand Canyon och 30 minuter från Arizona Snowbowl. NAU ligger 2 mil söderut.

En fin öppen planlösning inklusive en vacker bakre veranda som sträcker sig över hela husets bredd ger ett underbart samlingsutrymme för vänner och familj. Brädspel, internet och smart-tv ger gott om underhållning. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och full dusch. Reservrummet har en queen size-säng. Hallbadrummet har badkar / dusch. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har en drottningsbar bäddsoffa.

Det finns gratis parkering för två bilar i uppfarten framför huset (extra gratis gatuparkering finns vanligtvis). Ägarna bor i närheten och är långtidsbefolkningen tillgängliga för att hjälpa till att göra ditt Flagstaff-besök perfekt.

Comfortable and hosputable

Communication with the owners was terrific. They were super responsive and helpful. You could tell they genuinely cared and offered to help in anyway. Close proximity to downtown, yet quite quiet.

Highly recommend

The house was great with all the amenities we needed. Communication with Dawn & Rob was easy and clear. They gave us wonderful suggestions of places to visit and hikes that we might not have found on our own.

Fantastic stay

We had such a lovely time in Flagstaff. Dawn gave us so many great suggestions for dining and hikes and we loved them all. She has really thought of everything, very comfortable, clean space. We would absolutely stay again if we visit Flagstaff!

Perfect home away from home 🏠

Everything about this property was awesome! The hosts were very responsive and kind, the property has all of the amenities you need and the location is perfect. We never spent more than $4 on an uber ride, not including tip. I will definitely book again in the future

A great spot

Extremely comfortable and convenient. We stayed there for six weeks and did not want for anything. Good location, close to downtown and Buffalo Park. Excellent heating and cooling systems. Highly recommended.

Nice Home near Downtown Flagstaff

I stayed at this property for a week. My stay was great and I would recommend this property if your family size is 5-6 people. The location of the house was spectacular! I could hop into my car and drive straight into downtown Flagstaff in about a minute or so.The house had everything you could ask for, which made my stay fantastic. Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Such as garbage bags, dish soap, toaster, full array of utensils and cooking ware.The hosts were great about communication, which made my stay better than expected. Next time your are in Flagstaff and need a great place to stay, this is the place

Great stay

Fantastic weekend stay! The house is exactly as described and was a great space to enjoy our time in Flag. Owners were incredibly nice, very much appreciate the great tips on things to do and nice touches like eggs, bread, muffins and coffee!

A great place to stay in Flagstaff

The property is modern, clean, cozy, stocked with everything you may possibly need, and is in a great location. The hosts are absolutely fantastic. They have great recommendations for food and entertainment and will answer any (and I mean ANY) questions you may have. We can’t wait to come back.

Great stay in the mountains

The mountain charmer was a great place to call home for the weekend. Great location to downtown and 10 minutes to base of the mountain. Dawn was a great host and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Best Location, Very Nice Home

Best Location accessible to Shopping, Local Diners etc Very Clean, Nice home (Loved the Kitchen, Bedrooms, Restrooms, High-Speed Wifi), more parking space for your car (both gated Garage and driveway), easy to check in and check out. Overall, we are very happy, would love to book again.

House in Flagstaff

The owners were super nice & helpful. The house was clean, comfortable & a great rate. I was hopeful that the house was a little closer walk to town than it was. We took an Uber into town the 2nd night which was fine.
