Relájese y disfrute de nuestra villa oceánica recientemente remodelada y completamente amueblada, que se encuentra a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa más bonita y la piscina frente al mar más grande de la isla.
La cocina cuenta con todos los gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un snack bar único y todos los utensilios que necesita.
Relájese en los nuevos muebles de la sala de estar, que incluyen un sofá cama Queen, sillas giratorias, cortinas y un televisor de pantalla plana con cable. Encontrará mucho espacio para estirarse y disfrutar de los alrededores tranquilos.
El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, una cómoda grande, mesitas de noche, televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared y un área de trabajo de computadora incorporada única con puertos de carga USB.
También hay un gran armario con organizador para maximizar su almacenamiento. Se proporcionan todas las toallas y ropa de cama.

Owners of this property are very responsive and helpful. The only thing is the bed was a little hard could use a topper on it but overall was a great location and we enjoyed our week!

Wonderful place and only a couple minutes walk to the pool and beach. Jim and Diana were incredible hosts - responsive, informative, and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time while here. Easy access to the beach as well as the pool. Super close to other fun activities and good food. We didn’t need much everything was just fine when we arrived. Would like to come back if dates and availability line up!

Beautiful property for a summer getaway!

Loved our stay very much as it was a perfect place for two! Property owners were excellent to communicate with and everything listed was advertised. Would definitely love to stay again as the immaculate cleanliness was a huge selling feature to my wife and I!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed at this property for our 5th year wedding anniversary & decided to take the kiddos with us. This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was perfect for us & the kiddos. The condo was very clean, the pool was very spacious & the beach was steps away. We hope to return soon.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Overall enjoyable stay. It has plenty of room for 2 people. Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach & pool which is what we wanted.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. Been to HHI many times and liked this location. Our Host was very gracious when we had a couple hiccups. Excellent communication and would recommend staying here.

Perfect location

Great location short walk across parking lot to beach. On-site restaurants and bar were great. Unit was clean and perfect for 2. No issues during our stay and property owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if we're back in HH

Great condo

The condo was very neat and clean. It was nicely updated. It was easy to access and the surrounding grounds where very well kept. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I would gladly recommend this condo to others.

Location and communication were amazing!

The condo was exactly as described. It was perfect, and on the first floor, with the handicapped ramp right near by. The close location to the pool and ocean was great. Though the tropical storm shortened our vacation by a few days, the owners were accommodating and wonderful to work with! We plan to come back and stay again in the future!

Great Stay!

We loved the place and had everything we needed! All the extra towels were super nice, and there were even homemade cookies upon arrival. My only suggestion would be that there were no hooks outside on the patio to hang wet suits and towels. This would have been very helpful.

Hi Vanessa. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! I am not sure what you are referring to about hooks on the patio, as we have them mounted on both of the walls on the patio….although I must admit we usually hang ours on the hooks in the bathroom.

Nice condo

Nice place, well equipped and great proximity to the beach and pool. They should upgrade the sleeper couch. The pad / mattress was not anything an adult should be sleeping on.

Hi Thomas. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We actually have a new sleeper sofa on order, and were hoping that it would have been delivered by now. There have been delays with inventories, but we are hoping to have the new one very soon!

Pros: Definitely close to the pool & the beach - few minutes to walk there. Had everything we needed (within reason) to stay in & cook most of our meals. The owners were very friendly, responsive, & overall great communication & nice to work with!Cons: The bed was not a queen, it was a double & it could definitely use a mattress topper or some additional padding. The “balcony” was on the first floor & had a view of the parking lot. Overall: It was a nice little place & pretty cozy. We were looking for a place on the beach & with a pool …& we got those things!!

Tiffany, we are glad you enjoyed your stay on the island and at our condo. I am sorry the bed was not as comfortable as you would have liked, but it is a queen bed. Our resort must accommodate many vehicles in order to satisfy all guest parking requirements, so most condos do face the parking lots. Thanks again for staying with us. Jim and Diana

Fabulous Host

They communicated regularly and even helped when we forgot the code on 2nd entry. They also include some humor in their response which we love!!! It is a typical 1 bedroom unit in Hilton Head. !st floor a bonus, As close to the beach and pool as possible in HH. We did very little cooking but what we did do the kitchen was adequate.. As I landlord myself I appreciate the effort they make to keep it as nice as possible between guests. Would and probably will return to this unit in the future... Im a tennis buff and we love the ocean, so we love HH and this place was perfect for our needs. BTW Equipped well for the beach.

We loved the condo! It had everything you need. We only used the bedroom, bathroom and table to play cards. We ate out for our meals. If you need a nice kitchen it was set up nicely! Toilet paper was provided and garbage bags too. The location was great for pool, beach and getting around town. It was very quiet as well. The decor was nicely done too. I did not give 5 stars because our last day we had to let pest control come spray and we felt uncomfortable with that. If we stay again we would ask if pest control would spraying that week. All in all was an excellent trip and condo was great. Also there were beach chairs on porch but we brought our own. That was nice though that they were available if needed.

Beach was nice, but very busy and crowded. Living room furniture could use a good cleaning. Fabric was visibly dirty. I didn’t even sit on any of it. Bathroom shower curtain had soap scum and mold on it. Bedroom could use new pillows. Very flat and uncomfortable. Tv remote missing in bedroom. Had to get out of bed to turn the tv off and on. Neighbors somewhere were smoking weed and the smell traveled in and out of the condo. I’ve been coming to HHI for 30 years and it’s the first time staying at Folly field beach area. Would not do it again. Definitely nicer areas on the island.

I own an Aircraft Sales company, and also own a commercial and industrial design/build construction company.
Diana is the Payroll Director for an international company with 1,000 employees.
With 4 kids and 10 grand kids, we are always on the go.

I discovered Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort quite by accident. My daughter was on a college Tennis scholarship in Tennessee and they went to Hilton Head over spring break to play in tournaments. After a little encouragement from her, I decided I would fly down for the week and watch them play. As it turns out, they played most of their matches at the resort, so that was my first taste of Hilton Head island life. Between matches I wondered around and basically fell in love with the resort.
Upon returning home, and telling Diana what a great place this was, we immediately began making plans for a visit and rented a condo at the resort. That was in 2005, and we have been going back twice a year since then, renting the same condo each time. We always joked with the owner saying if you ever decide to sell, call us first. In the spring of 2018, he called! Wanted to know if we were really interested, of course we were, and a month later it was ours. We were officially Island People!
We immediately undertook a complete remodeling and updating of the condo. I must say that today we have one of the nicest condos at the resort. We tried to make it our "home away from home", and not just a rental. Therefore we have used upgraded materials and furnishings throughout.
As we live in Michigan, our time spent there is quite limited, but still manage a couple weeks each spring and fall. One day we hope to spend the winter months there.
Our second favorite island is Mackinac Island in northern Michigan where we spend time each summer.

Our resort location is in the center of the island, so you are never far from the many opportunities available. A short 2 minute walk from the front door and you are on the nicest beach on the island. 12 miles of excellent beach await you whether sitting, walking or biking. Our resort features the largest oceanfront pool on the island, with its own beach bar next to the pool. Also available on site is a pizza shop and a fantastic 25 screen sports bar.
10 lighted tennis courts and 2 pickle-ball courts are free to use for guests, as is a fully equipped workout facility. Bike rentals are also available on site.
Kids love the huge playground area and the catch and release fishing lagoon.
Numerous excellent golf courses both on the island, and near off island await your visit.
Or if your inclined, just sit on the spacious private deck, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
