Summary: My place is close to Waikiki Beach just 10-15 minutes away! , great views, parks, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the spacious living this unit offers with a full kitchen , washer/dryer in unit and 2 full bathrooms!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The Neighborhood: So convenient! Lot's of eateries, shops and the beach is just a 15 minute casual stroll while going through Fort DeRussy Park!
Getting Around: The city bus transit system is called "The Bus" which the bus stop is on the same block. Walking to a lot of shops and eateries within a block or two.... Ala Moana Shopping Center (Hawaii's largest shopping center) and also the Ala Moana Beach Park is a 10 minute bus ride...
Other Things to Note: Hawaiian Monarch Parking alert The parking rate is $40 per 24 hour period (in and out privileges through the day). If you pay for only one day, need to pay $45.(subject to change) No oversize vehicles due to height restrictions/limitation. Height clearance is approx 6feet with attendants assessment that can reject any vehicle that may be threat to lowered sections of sprinkler system. Also, the attendant accepts only cash and no exceptions. Please have your card key available to show as guest. Note: Parking is operated by a private company and no affiliation to our company.

Great views and clean. Location was good. Only complaint I had was the number of sirens during the stay, but they have no control over that. Still 5 star.
We stayed in this gem for several days to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Close to the beach and easy to get around the city - this was the perfect place for our family to gather and be able to enjoy Honolulu. The views are breathtaking! Enjoy your Aloha time in this wonderful home.
Great location, and beautiful view. The location is excellent, close to the airport and walking distance from the beach and shops. We did rented a car, which we highly recommend to be able to travel to more local areas. The pool and the jacuzzi were great after enjoying time at the nearby beach/shops/restaurants. We will definitely recommend it!
We enjoyed everything the unit had to offer especially the view… Great location and Best of all Malekos coffee and bakery in building was a bonus! Mahalo
Unit was very nice, good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A bit of a walk to any beach. Elevators a little slow and parking is expensive. Overall a great place to stay.
The view from PH402 was spectacular! From the mountains all the way to the ocean. The unit was terrific: clean, spacious, well appointed and centrally located. Walk to the beach and Ala Moana shopping. Maleko's coffee shop and pastries in the lobby was great.
The penthouse views were great but the unit itself was rather tired what with peeling paint on bathroom ceiling and old kitchen cabinets. Needs a Reno.
The views from these windows were awesome. Watching the sunrise and set were amazing.
My wife loved the deep tub.
Plenty of room for the four of us.
It was nice to be able to cook breakfast to save some money and time.
Easy walk to the beach.

The condo itself was nice, well appointed and convenient to all sorts of activities and shopping. The building itself was lacking. Broken elevators, false f fire alarms causing us to evacuate down 42 floors. Overall we enjoyed our stay, Mahalo.

Location and views worthy of a penthouse title, but not the beds or the restrooms
The beds are very uncomfortable, so is the new couch they don’t want you sitting on without sitting on a towel. There is no measuring cups nothing extra you have to buy oil there is a small amount, salt and pepper and that is it never stayed in a VRBO without everything that you can need without having to purchase, including no laundry soap. The bathrooms are reminiscent of a 1960s motel. The only saving grace of this penthouse is the views from every room and the location.
Wow! What a great week we had in Oahu! Thank you for the penthouse upgrade. Having a corner unit meant every room had a great view of Waikiki and Diamond Head. We were within walking distance of the beach, many restaurants, parks, and shopping. Getting to Diamond Head for a hike was a short drive, and North Shore was just around an hour away. The weather was gorgeous. The elevators were slower getting to our floor —- but getting to the penthouse made it worth it! Thanks again!

TP is awful. No Kleenex. Couch was terrible. A little dated. Beautiful view and floor plan is good. The charge for parking was a surprise.

The view is just as gorgeous as the pictures! The place itself was perfect for the 5 of us. It's close enough to walk almost everywhere but far enough away from the main tourist hustle and bustle. Communication with Rick was quick and efficient!
The only thing I recommend is if you are a light sleeper to stay in the room with the one bed. The one with 2 beds (has the better view in my opinion!) is right by the elevator, you can hear it going up and down at night. That's the only noise though. Ear plugs easily blocked out the noise.
The condo overall was fine. I had a problem with the bed being up against the window. There was no room to get into from that side and being an older person, it made it very difficult to get into bed every night. The bed was very comfortable just not easy to get in and out of for the second person.
