We were there for 5 days, great location. Close to shops, beach and splash park. Brett was super responsive with any questions or concerns (we didn’t have many at all, everything we needed was there).Pool was perfect size and temperature. Would stay here again.

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything (i.e. light switches, doors, fire exits, etc.) was clearly labeled. I really liked that feature. There were a lot of amenities. Bikes, wagons, beach gear, fishing poles, pool noodles, games...literally everything you can think of. The bathrooms had shampoos, conditioners, toilet paper and the kitchen had cleaning supplies. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets. It was very well stocked! There was plenty of parking and the proximity to the beach/beach access was also great. It was approximately a 2-3 minute walk through a very nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Simply Excellent!! Great property. Super close to the beach. Beach was very, very clean and wonderful for family. Even better then Clearwater Beach. Host was great and very easy to communicate with. Have nothing but wonderful things to say all around. Will definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect vacation spot for a Girls trip!! The house was super clean and the backyard pool area was so relaxing. Also very easy and quick access to the beach. The host was very easy to get ahold of and the house had everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Great location, great home extremely spacious. If I have a complaint to make is the queen bed in one of the rooms needs a new mattress. Not sure if it’s too soft or broken, but the person whom slept there complained a lot about it and ended up sleeping on the couch. But 10 out 10 for sure.

My family loved the private pool, and the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the number of great restaurants nearby. The host was easy to talk to and was quick to respond when we needed him. This was a great place to stay, and we can’t wait until we can come back again.

Better than the pictures! House was clean, pool and backyard area was great! Easy walk to the beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants. A very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach supplies - wagon, cooler, chairs, toys. The bikes were a big hit with the kids!Thank you for a great week in IRB!
