This condo has an amazing patio with a full view of the main clubhouse pool. There are very few condos that have such a good view and close proximity to the clubhouse. Go for a quick swim or layout by the pool. Grab some fresh coffee in the morning or go eat at the chef prepared dinners.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭-𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
The condo amenities include 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 workout facilities (1 includes spinning/yoga classes and the other is comparable to an Anytime Fitness), 2 playgrounds, gas barbecue areas, outdoor fireplaces, 2 20-seat movie theatres, game rooms (XBOX and playstations), billiard tables, gated entry, and secure access. The 2 multi-million dollar clubhouses include free WIFI, several flatscreen TVs, free coffee and refreshments, concierge services, business center, free bike rentals, chef’s kitchen that provides meals, scheduled events, and much more.

Thompson Peak Park is a few minute walk which has pickelball courts, a basketball court, and large playground.

The condo was purchased in 2019 and completely remodeled. It has quartz countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, premium vinyl flooring, new sinks, and all new light/fan fixtures. The furniture includes leather queen sofa sleeper, oversized chair, 2 king beds, Samsung 60" ultra HD Smart TV, Samsung 55" Ultra HD Smart TV in master bedroom, Samsung 55" Ultra HD Smart TV in second master bedroom, 4 kitchen bar stools, high-end dressers/night stands, 2 end tables, TV stand, table with 4 chairs, and desk chair. New towels and linens (including extra linens) are available. Cable and WIFI are available free of charge. We also provide a Netflix login.

The condo has 2 separate master bedrooms on the second level both with king beds. The master bedrooms include large walk-in closets and bathrooms. One bedroom has a large soaking tub. The family room has sliding glass door access to the large patio overlooking the main clubhouse pool. The patio has enough room to enjoy meals on the patio furniture outside. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included. The condo also includes a 1-car detached garage with an extra deep garage stall for storage that is just steps away from the front door. Also included is an extra parking space outside, which is shaded and very close.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
The Venu is just a couple minutes from the 101 loop and 20-30 minutes from the airport. It is located near the world famous Grayhawk Golf Club. It is minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, nightlife (Scottsdale Entertainment District), fine dining, shopping (DC Ranch Marketplace, Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter, Fashion Square, and Desert Ridge), and world-class golf courses (including Grayhawk, TPC, Troon North, Kierland, Talking Stick, Eagle Mountain, Wildfire, and We-Ko-Pa). There is a view of Pinnacle Peak and McDowell Mountain. There are several dinning and shopping options in walking distance from the condo. Popular events nearby include the Barrett Jackson Car Show (Jan), Waste Management Phoenix Open (Jan/Feb), and the Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training (Apr).

𝟑. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 - we remodeling the unit; it has new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, premium vinyl floors, fixtures, and sinks
𝟒. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 - we love the large patio with ample seating and that the main clubhouse pool is right in front of the unit; there are only a handful of units that have this type of view/location
𝟓. 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 - there are several walking paths in the complex and within the Grayhawk master community; we love that the park is only a few minute walk and we can go there to play pickleball
𝟔. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 - we don't just rent our condos, they are our second homes and we love vacationing there and we take extra attention and pride in making them just right for tenants and ourselves;

We have a high chair, pack 'n play, and baby monitor available.
