Cozy home w/ a private pool, hot tub, BBQ & fire pit. Located inside IPCC: a safe, gated community that includes a 27-hole golf course, gym & tennis court access. Nearby shopping, groceries, restaurants, casinos, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens & walking distance to the Empire Polo Club (hosts of COACHELLA & STAGECOACH festivals). Short distance to anywhere in the Greater Palm Springs area that offers distinct history, luxurious resorts, championship golf, mountain/canyon hiking & lots of sunshine!

Open kitchen and living room floor plan with lots of seating areas. 3 bedrooms and a large living room area with plenty of sleeping space. 1 king bed and a fold out futon bed in master bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in guest room #1, a queen bed in guest room #2, 2 queen air mattresses, 1 twin air mattress and a couch. Pack 'n play and high chair for the little ones available. In addition to multiple community pools available for guest use, our home has it's own private pool and hot tub! This place is perfect for any occasion. From a fun in the sun family getaway, a snowbird escape to paradise, a quick business trip, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, or festival/event attending in the area, this home can accommodate your needs!

Relaxing and peaceful

Clean, cozy and comfortable. It has all the amenities. The best part for my family was the jacuzzi and pool. Great sunny weather. Much needed! I felt at home. Wonderful hosts! They responded to all messages.

Great House Near Many Palm Desert Sites

Brent and Lauren have a great house and we had a wonderful stay. The weather was too cool for the pool, but the spa was enjoyable after golf-very relaxing! There is plenty of golf nearby, however the Indian Palms course where the property is located is in very poor shape. Entering the Indian Palms neighborhood as a guest was a frustrating experience. The system they have for entering the front gate creates a nightmare traffic situation. There were several times during our stay that we waited for 30+ minutes in a left turn lane to get through the guard house gate. It was maddening. Lauren was very responsive when we contacted her, but it seemed out of her control.
