この3ベッドルーム、2バスウォーターフロントの高床式住居は、ヘッドスプリングスの青い海とメキシコ湾の中間にあり、湾の「ファストゾーン」の始まりにあります。 ホップインして川を下る湾岸への高速旅行です（約15分）。 反対の方向では、6つのウォーターフロントレストラン（多くはライブエンターテイメントがあり、「青い水」）にゆっくりと旅行します。 エリーシラーホモサッサスプリングスワイルドライフ州立公園は3マイル弱の距離にあり、人魚の本拠地であるウィーキーワチースプリングス州立公園は車で約30分です。

Beautiful Paradise

We’ve been here quite a few times, it’s our favorite place to go during this time of the year, it’s like an island out on its own, surrounded with beautiful sunsets, Waterview and the property is absolutely stunning. You can park your boat right there on the side or jet skis, you’re close to all restaurants , the springs and the ocean. The house is beautiful, very much like a home with all the amenities. The owners are wonderful and keep in touch and anything we needed they were there. Thank you so much for sharing your slice of heaven with our family, we look forward to doing it again soon !! The best Riverhouse on the River!

Beautiful spot, beautiful home & so well appointed with all the comforts of home, we didn’t want to leave! Mimi’s Riverhouse is the one we’ll check first for our next trip to Homosassa. From the minute we booked to the minute we left, life was perfect at Mimi’s! Through absolutely no fault of the homeowner, Mother Nature decided to rain on our weekend (ALL weekend, lol!) but we had plenty to keep us busy with the board games and cards provided. We didn’t even miss not being able to take the boat out, because it was so relaxing just hanging at the house! Thank you Ken & Virginia for being such gracious hosts - we can’t wait to come back!

My favorite place in Hommassa.. Paradise!!

This is the best place out there, the owners are awesome, the property is so beautiful and peaceful. We had such a great time, this was our second time there and will be our forever rental. You can tie your boat and toys up at the property. It’s a great location and very close to restaurants. After a day of scalloping you can come back and relax in the pool or watch the sunsets. I call this place an island of it own! Thanks for sharing your beautiful gem , we made lots of memories!! ❤️

Cozy & comfortable home with unbeatable views

Mimi’s river house is a perfect escape in the heart of old Florida. The house is comfortable and well appointed with anything you might need, from kitchen supplies (including a Keurig) to pool towels and laundry supplies. The pool was the icing on the cake and our favorite way to end our hot afternoons. The views from the top deck and family room are amazing, and perfect for some spectacular sunsets. Everyone in our group - from kids to grandparents - had a great time. Ken & Virginia are thoughtful and attentive hosts and really provided a spectacular vacation for our family.

Our family’s stay

Our family had a fabulous time at Mimi’s House. The location was perfect and the pool was outstanding to have with our little swimmer as he isn’t quite ready for the springs. We can’t wait to come back next year if we can!

Amazing stay

We originally chose this home to stay in for a few days while visiting springs nearby. As soon as we arrived I knew three nights wasn't long enough. The pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. As I looked around, while boating, I couldn't find a more perfect piece of property. Our kids stayed busy fishing and swimming while at the property. I was content to sit outside and enjoy the view. There also was great detail taken by the owners, making sure everything was in excellent order. This home has been maintained and kept with love, and it shows. I look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful Piece of Paradise on the Water

This property was awesome, very close to the ocean, the springs and all the restaurants. This was like an island very private and a ton of nature. We had plenty of room for the pontoon boat and our Sea-Doos. The house was fully stocked and had tons of room for everyone. The house is beautiful, very clean and you felt like you was at home. The pool was a bonus,!! We enjoyed the pool after coming off the ocean. We loved how big the property was and the privacy. It had amazing breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets right off the decks. We enjoyed the outside grilling and making memories. This is the best rental I’ve rented. I found my forever rental to come watch manatees and for scalloping. The owners were awesome, answered all questions. Thank you for sharing your Beautiful home with our family!! We will see you soon. The Lowrance Family
