*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. This unit has elevator access from it's floor to the parking garage. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.

Perfect Location

This inside of the condo is nicer than the pictures online. Location is excellent for the area! Lots of great food spots close by! View of ocean is awesome. 30 sec walk your on the beach!

Spectacular Beach Condo

Beautiful condo with top water ocean views. Location is great for a family with older children (5yrs+). Very spacious home. Only downside is it lacks dishes and kitchen supplies for a family of 4. Overall- fantastic!

Good location and nice beach access.

The location is good, and easy access to the beach. However, the condo maybe has not used for a while, the rooms don’t smell well. We can not use the available blankets and bought from Target on the next day. Check in process looks easy but hard to find out the place.

Amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible stay for over 2 weeks. We had a unique situation and weren’t sure how long we would need to stay. The property was flexible and let us extend our stay as needed. We loved the open feel upstairs and the high end, comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. No AC but it stayed cool enough with the breeze when we left the doors open. Loved the bright, inviting space and easy beach access. Only drawback was that the complex was difficult to access on foot with a stroller, but everything else was stellar!

Nice place but not as advertised

Solana Beach and Tennis Club is in a good central location to the town and surrounding beachfront communities. The unit we rented has had a nice remodel, comfortable bed and lovely light from skylights in the main living area. There were several issues with the condo, the most significant being a very strong musty odour that penetrated throughout, the worst being in the guest bedroom. Our 9 yr old grandson came for a weekend and had an awful allergic reaction to it, requiring medication, and I was constantly congested and sneezing. We’d hoped to spend more time with him; sadly, as a result of this issue, it wouldn’t happen. The property manager was great in having the condo tested for mold, the results thankfully showing negative, however it did interfere with the enjoyment of time spent there and was still present at the end of a month. The kitchen sink was plugged on our arrival, screen doors all stuck and difficult to open, glasses and dishes dirty and needing cleaning prior to use, several pots and pans not in useable condition and many kitchen items well worn. While we had no expectations of a well stocked unit, very basic items, such as a box of Kleenex salt and pepper were not provided. Burnt out lightbulbs, old threadbare upholstered chairs, and patio furniture did not match what had at the time been described as a ‘luxury’ rental ( that term has since been omitted from the posting.). The unit was definitely overpriced for its condition. Ashley, the property manager was, however, most helpful and did her very best to make the situation better and replace items for us as well as facilitate necessary repairs.

A fine two weeks in Solano Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is really quite nice and the view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful, especially at sunset! The complex itself is well maintained with the exception of the old creaky dirty elevators which can and do break down. It should be noted that it isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The stairs are doable with caution and the tub shower combo is not the safest if you’re not agile enough to climb into the tub. The walk in shower in the other bathroom is great, however. The rental agent, Ashley was most accommodating with whatever problems we initially had. She responded immediately and we were most appreciative of her assistance. The surrounding area abounds with restaurants and shops. The complex is quiet and people are pleasant. All in all a positive experience.

Great place but issue with neighbor

First off, this is a great place to stay. It’s beautiful. The owners did a great job. We had an unfortunate incident with a neighbor below where he pounded and rang doorbell 3 diff nights. We thought it was odd when a family next door asked if that had happened to us too..he complained of noise and was super aggressive. The HOA said they talked to him to further discourage this type of behavior. Each time he pounded on the door saying we were too loud, our kids were in bed. It was bizarre. I think if this guy finally understands that stairs above you can be louder at times and the HOA actively manages his behavior, then I would def refer others to this property.

Stunning, completely updated condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was able to transfer to #331 after 3 days in #228. Jose Espinosa totally had our backs. 331 was beautiful, light-filled, high quality appliances, with a view of the beach. Everything was brand new, floor, cabinets, appliances, towels, TVs, etc. Suggestions for the owner, have fireplace fixed, 2nd shower door sealed, fix garbage disposal. For renters staying more than a week, a lightweight vacuum to clean floors and carpets, a drying rack for laundry, a bar across the tall space in laundry room to hang clothes. We spent a month there and hated to leave.
