About the Space: This comfortable home has been immaculately remodeled with a modern mountain feel. The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the town shuttle – allowing you quick access to all of the great activities Mammoth has to offer! It is a spacious 1260 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances - ready to prepare a delicious meal! There is a large living room with leather sleeper sofa, 75” Smart TV, gas burning fireplace, and a private outdoor patio with gorgeous mountain/forest views.
Both bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the home for ultimate privacy and offer ensuite bathrooms, ample closet/dresser space, and 55” Smart TVs. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds with a tub/shower bathroom and double vanity. The second bathroom is shared and located off the main living area. There is a large walk-in entryway by the front door for easy storage of baggage, shoes, and/or equipment.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.
You will love staying in this serene, pet-friendly, home with it's great proximity to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, garage parking (for 1 car) and great HOA amenities!
Guest Access: You will have the entire condo to yourself.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club. There are 2 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, game room, tennis courts (seasonal, bring your own racquets!), and horseshoes (seasonal).
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (height limit 8') and overflow parking (readily available in summer) outside the garage. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.
While this property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge, it sits atop a steep hill - the walk/drive is steep and during winter months may be slippery. During winter months, 4WD and/or chains/snow tires may be necessary.
**Important: this property is ski-in, not ski-out. Access to the ski-back trail is seasonal and depends on the amount of snow Mammoth has received during the ski season. Please check Mammoth Mountain's website for Canyon Lodge operation dates.

This place is exactly how it looks in the photos. It was clean and very well-stocked. It's close to the village and you walk to Canyon Lodge. There is even a bit of a view that is a bonus. Great spot.
This property is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Great layout. Nice view. There is a dog park just outside. It is approximately 3/4 mile (10 minute) walk to Canyon Lodge.

Quiet place to stay with our pups. Host was easy to get in touch with & very responsive. Dog friendly with a nice area to walk your dogs out front. We had all the amenities we needed. Be bear aware- we did see a brown bear in the area we walked our dogs out front.
Nice condo and comfortably accommodated 6 adults. Loved the ski back trail, right to the back door. Note that with a larger group, the condo complex will only allow you to park 2 cars. We had to pay for our 3rd car to be parked in the lot at the Village. Gave 4 stars for cleanliness since the carpet in the master bedroom was torn and baseboards throughout the unit need to be cleaned.
Have stayed in many Mammoth condos & and this was 1 of the best. Perfect for us and our 2 adult children. Loved the layout with master BR & modest ensuite on 1 side, and 2nd BR with 2 beds & additional bath (shower/toilet separate from sinks) on the other. Kitchen/living area in the middle. Large bench for gearing up/off, lots of hooks for coats/gear, mats for wet boots & good ski storage. Rooms heat up fast, esp. main area with gas fireplace. Plenty of hot H2O for shower. Pretty view from living area & deck. Only wish they had a deck chair or 2. If we stay here again, I'd bring a couple of folding/lawn chairs. I'd also bring a blanket for sitting outside or cozying up on the couch. Condo was stocked with items I usually need to bring-pump hand soaps at all sinks, filters for coffee maker (they provide ground coffee & K cups too), paper towels & DW detergent/liquid & new sponge. Garage space was great, but need to remove roof cargo box. Blue line stop 73 is near complex entry & condo is approx 10 minute walk to Canyon (steep hill to get back up). Walked there on first day & rented a locker, so kept our gear there for the rest of the stay. Wish they provided details on how to get back using the ski-back trail. Thought we saw it, but didn't try it. Only complaints-cleaning crew missed food on the floor that our dog started eating & a water bottle under a couch & nearest hot tub was closed. Can hear upstairs guests tromping about, but not too bad. Would stay here again for sure!
Awesome place to come and stay with my family and dog. Plenty of space for my large dog to run and play in the snow. Location is amazing. Walking distance to canyon lodge and bus stop. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the Kurig coffee machine. They did have a regular coffee maker though. AND the cable TV reception wasn’t good at all but Netflix works good. All in all I would definitely stay here again.
This is a great dog and family friendly location. The unit was clean and a good size for our family. Some minor repairs needed to deck and window screens (damaged or missing), but overall a great size and nicely remodeled. Original description indicated their was a king bed, but it was a queen. Property manager corrected the listing after we notified them. Bedding was nice, but the queen bed in the master was so uncomfortable I slept on the couch which was more comfortable. Love that the door has a code for access, so we didn't have to worry about carrying keys and everyone had access when needed.

We just purchased and installed 3 brand new beds for the condo 1 King for the master and 2 queens for the guest bedroom. We have made the repairs to the screen doors and done some other really nice updates. Fresh paint, new fridge, brand new dressers and nightstands for both bedrooms, 80" TV for the living room and 55" TV's in both bedrooms.
The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Nice and updated. We had a pleasant stay even with the blizzard outside! The carpets showed some wear and there was a hole in the master bedroom carpet, probably from a dog that stayed there before. Also, you can hear the people on the 3rd floor walking around especially at night when you are in bed. This is not really a ski in/ski out condo, more of a ski back condo but NOT this year given the huge amount of snow Mammoth has received. DO NOT attempt to access the back of the condo from the Village Ski Back trail until maybe next season. I would recommend just driving over to Canyon Lodge, it's kind of a long walk with ski gear in hand.
Booked within a week. Lauren Tracy, property manager, was very attentive and available. Only downside was construction going on above us, lots of sanding, nailing etc but no one's fault.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It was extremely close to the lifts and not too far from the Village. Good amenities, perfect heater for the cold, and comfortable beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We really enjoyed the close proximity to Canyon Lodge (could walk without issue) and cleanliness of the place. It appeared to have been recently updated with new decor, beds, and amazing HD televisions in every room.
Beautiful property, nicely updated with good amenities and comfy beds! Garage was directly below us and we were an easy walk to Canyon lodge (down and up some hills). Couldn't actually find where the ski back trail was accessible from the condo but everything was close enough anyway.
The property is clean and has everything you need. Check in process instructions were very clear. I want to give a shout out to the property managers Alex and Noah. There was a snow storm during my stay and my car got stuck in the snow on the street. I called both local towing company and AAA and waited for hours, still no one showed up to help. Finally I called Alex, and he came right away with Noah. They helped shovel my car out in the middle of the snow storm just so I can get home. Thank you thank you guys so so much! I will definitely come back and stay in this property again!
Went to Mammoth to see what it offered during summer (Aug) and found this gem at the Ski & Racquet Club... I've stayed at a few other condos in the complex in the past, but this was by far the nicest--clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Would definitely come back...but maybe when it's a bit cooler:)
Great location. Very clean and nicely updated. Comfortable beds and comfy couches. Alex was quick to communicate with if we had a question.
We will definitely stay here again.
Mostly great, had a lovely time cooking in the newer kitchen. We stayed four days, and the only issue was the uncomfortable beds and sofa. For us, the most important is usually the comfort level of our sleep, and we were not able to sleep well in any of the beds, unfortunately.

I am so sorry to hear you did not enjoy the comfort of the beds and couches. We just purchased all brand new beds and two new couches in the summer of 2021. We have had good feedback from guests since the furniture upgrade 4 months ago.
