Bridges-Prime Location Ski in and Ski out -Unit 212

Quiet end unit in Bridges.

Winter is fast approaching and it’s time to ski and board. Our place is a true ski-in and ski-out to Eagle lift (Chair 15). Once Eagle opens the middle of December. Enjoy your own private hot tub after being on the mountain, and a nice, full kitchen to enjoy your evening meal. You can ski right in to eat lunch at the condo, and then jump right back on the runs.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and is nice and quiet in the back of unit. Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin roll-a-way with its own bathroom. A Washer/Dryer set is in the hallway of the unit.

Double futon couch in the living room. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen open to the living area. Kitchen fully stocked with coffee pot, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster, and glasses for any drink. Beautiful propane fireplace for easy use in the living room makes for cozy game nights and hanging out.

The underground, covered garage with 2 reserved spots makes it easy to park in any weather. The Bridges condo complex is just up the road from Mammoth Village. Hop on a Shuttle for a night out on the town.

While we have stayed at 2 other bridges properties, and they all have great views, this one is by far the best. It is a end unit which offers a tremendous panoramic vista. We usally don't do hot tubs but this one on the deck was too good to pass up at sunset. Would definitely come back.

Great location in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. We were there in 'off' season (June) as part of a CA trip. Enjoyed the hot tub and balcony view. Quick easy access to downtown Mammoth Lakes. Building and unit are older, but we are all about location and this was great. Perfect for our short time there!

Really awesome unit. Just go down the steps to ski out. Wonderful views of Lupin and Bridges and ski out ramp to bridges thanks to corner unit and nice windows/ glass sliding door. Spacious layout with plenty of hooks and places to stash ski gear and food. Oh - it even has a game / puzzle table so you don’t need to sacrifice dining table or coffee table. The owner / manager Joy Ross is probably the most responsive and gracious owner I’ve ever messaged. Prompt, straightforward replies and information. I already tried to book for next year but it was taken and now i know why. Excellent stay.

GREAT location but has a few little issues

This place is right off of the Chickadee run near Eagle. You can ski out very easily. Skiing back in is a little tricky--it's a bit steep but do-able for anyone who can handle a hard green/easy blue run. The place is spacious--it has a very large living room with two couches and a large oversized chair. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need--an instant pot, a crock pot, tons of pots & pans, baking pans, bowls, etc Beds were comfy. It had a ton of paper towels, toilet paper & even spare batteries and light bulbs! There was 1 humidifier that was unusable because the tank stopper was missing. Room heaters + blankets but we didn't need them. Both bathrooms are carpeted so if you're grossed out by that, you should be aware of that. It looks like the carpet was recently installed within the last few years but still. Both toilets are original--they're extremely low so if you've got mobility issues, be forewarned. The lighting in the living & dining room was minimal--there are 2 lamps--1 on a side table & a tall lamp in the living room & then 1 ceiling light in the dining room. There is a whole bookshelf full of games which was fun. Unfortunately, the lighting was so low, it was hard to play anything. The private jacuzzi on the balcony was unusable-water was cloudy & green. The owner/manager was very helpful. Parking garage is low (6'9"). Our car + thule didn't fit. If you're looking for a great location, this can't be beat!

Christmas at the Bridges!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bridges for Christmas 2023! Located adjacent to Eagle Lodge and the trails Bridges and Lupin! Even though the snow was thin, we were still able to walk out to the trails and ski down to lift 15. My kids loved being able to ski until the lifts closed then walk back to home base. It was a great stay on Mammoth Mountain!

Another Great Stay

This is the second time I've stayed at Joy's place in Mammoth. Everything remains and continues to be a pleasant experience. Unit was clean and had all of the amenities listed in the description. Having designated parking spaces is a plus, and the private jacuzzi on the balcony after a day out was extremely relaxing. Would absolutely stay again.

Memories at Manmoth

We’d never skied at Mammoth, and Joy’s condo was the perfect base of operations. Very comfortable environs and though ski-in, ski-out wasn’t available due to the timing, the hot tub on the deck overlooking the snow covered mountains more than made up for it. Joy was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

True ski on, ski off experience

Joy’s property is a proper ski on, ski off experience with the condo literally facing the mountain. Getting to and from the eagle lift was a breeze for me and my family of four (wife and two kids 8 & 5). The property also has beautiful views, a well stocked kitchen, and a good lay out to make our family’s experience very comfortable. The building was experiencing some common weather related maintenance issues for a little over a day and Joy kept us regularly updated with a crew on hand to tackle the problem. Anyone looking for a proper ski on, ski off experience should consider Joy’s property.

This condo was amazing and family friendly. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Really enjoyed the hot tub on the patio and relaxation of it all. Condo was fully stocked and no issues at all with running out of anything. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to Mammoth for many years and fell in love with the town during the summer and winter. This past year decided we wanted to have a ski in/ski out place here in Mammoth. We fell in love with our condo the 1st time we saw it. The views from every window were amazing. We can ski right to Chair 15 and can come home at lunch time. Hope you enjoy it!
