Worst suite in the entire resort

To start with, the lady who booked us in was not welcoming and in fact was down right rude and dismissive..... Had the sense she did not know what to do with this VRBO and was defaulting to giving us the cold treatment...... We booked really early in the day and thought a good chance for a good location BUT was given the worst suite in the entire complex... Upon appeal there was no chance of any kind of change citing sold out status... No sun on deck the entire trip and nightly lights in our face with signage in our view corridor.... Never again>>>>>>>>>>>

Gaire In doing VRBO for almost 10 years you are honestly the very first person to have what I perceive to be a "negative" experience. I regret this happened but am also surprised that you did not contact me that first day -- not everyone gets "the best" suite but there are check-outs every day and one only has to go to the front desk and request to "move" -- while that does involved a bit of repacking it is surely worth the effort.
