Just imagine sitting around the outdoor fire pit while enjoying the fresh Colorado air!

Our chic bungalow features new flooring, furniture, and appliances along with Tempur-Pedic queen-sized mattresses for a quality nights rest. You will love the stylish interior, comfortable beds, and the idyllic location of this quaint bungalow. You can easily enjoy a quiet dinner cooked at home or join the locals and cruise over to Social for a cocktail and charcuterie board and then over to Jax Fish House for a gourmet dinner out. On Saturdays, be sure to visit the local farmer’s market to pick up your favorite fresh produce. Then relax on the deck and grill up some dinner after a day of enjoying Old Town Fort Collins!

Gem of a place!

This was an amazing last minute booking for some family and friends to enjoy a getaway to Fort Collins! We arrived to town a little early (like 30 min) and were able to check in to drop our bags off! Great communication and adorable little place!!

Cute place fairly close to campus

Overall, it was a nice place. The bedrooms are small, and only room for 1 nightstand which is a fair inconvenience for one, if staying as a couple. Also, Internet was down when we arrived, and there was no resolution till the following day, which was very disappointing after a full day of travel, and not having any TV or Internet. However, it was resolved the next day, and the rest of the stay was fine.

Excellent house for college tour visit

This was a lovely house to stay at for three nights while touring CSU with my prospective student daughter. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen appliances, tastefully decorated, and walk-able to CSU campus and Old Town shops and restaurants. We didn't need anything from the owner, but she was very communicative and available if needed. My only suggestion to the owner would be to install darker window shades in the front bedroom as the neighbor across the street has a bright porch light that stays on all night. I slept just fine with it, but had to swap bedrooms with my kiddo as it was too bright for her.
