Tides Inn is a beautiful, single family home located directly on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico in a private subdivision with 2 pools and tennis courts! This spacious beach rental has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 of the 4 bedrooms, spacious porch, and upstairs balcony overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There are TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms and the living room. The master bedroom on the main floor accommodates 2 with a king bed, full bath, and ocean view. Bedroom 2 on the 2nd floor accommodates 2 with a king bed, full bath, balcony and ocean view. Bedroom 3 on the 2nd floor accommodates 2 with a king bed, full bath, balcony and ocean view. Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor accommodates 4 with a full size bunk bed and full bath. The pull-out bed in the couch in the living room accommodates 2. There is a half bath located on the main floor. Located underneath the house is a large box with a charcoal grill and beach items.

We require a 50% deposit to hold your dates and the balance is due 30 days before check in. There are no credit card fees.

Awesome location!

This house was perfect for our two families! Plenty of space for the kids to lounge around when not at the beach. Nice big kitchen with plenty of prep space. The ice maker was a game changer!! Plenty of ice made for coolers and drinks! We loved that we were so close to the beach and could easily walk back and forth and didn’t need to drag all the things with us each time. The ocean views in three of the bedrooms was beautiful! The property manager was very quick to help us with a minor problem. Only issue we had was no paper products or cleaning supplies are included in the stay (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, toiletries, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, etc.). This was the first VRBO I’ve ever stayed in that these were not included in the amenities. Had we known up front, we could’ve prepared better and not had to spend extra money upon arrival. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay and vacation

Stayed with 3 families. Plenty of room to spread out. Beach toys already at house. House was clean and right on the beach! Pro tip: bring a pop up canopy to put on the beach for shade and your set!

Needs maintenance

The air conditioner needs new filter it was extremely dirty. The boardwalk needs repair… there were 2 boards totally rotten in need of replacement .. dangerous with kids. One bedroom upstairs doors and bathroom door locks didn’t work. One bathroom upstairs there was no plug for the tub . Kids room closet door could not open very wide. Need more kitchen dish towels .
