Unit 24 Lot 16. Divine designer getaway with the best of everything. Contemporary design. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walking distance to Shell Beach and Walk On Beach. The expansive ocean view deck is equipped with a gas BBQ and features outdoor seating for dining. A perfect location for those who enjoy riding their bicycles on the private roads and bicycle trails throughout The Sea Ranch while enjoying fresh air and ocean views. After all that hiking and biking, immerse yourself in the hot tub under the stars or enjoy the tranquility of the jetted soaking tub in the master bathroom. This stunning home with tranquil meadow and ocean views, offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas cook top. 1 Dog allowed. Free WIFI. BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.

Hot tub is small but adequate. Place was clean. A unique house heating system. Never seen one like it but simple and effective. Location is near our favorite beaches. Registering was simple, staff very friendly. It will be on our list next time we come to Sea Ranch.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in excellent neighborhood. Loved the large deck and hot tub! Kitchen had everything thing we needed. We come to Sea Ranch often and this is definitely a property I would love to stay at again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay at Sea Watch was really wonderful. The photos of the house don’t do it justice. The house appears to be a late 90s vintage but it has been immaculately maintained. The quiet, the view from the large deck were so relaxing and peaceful. I would rate the house as 4 & 3/4 stars. The only ding on the house, in my opinion would be the seating options on the deck.

It is centrally located - a short walk to Shell beach, as well as to the Bluff trail, which we hiked north to Walk on beach and then to Gualala point and south to the marine preserve. The large deck, grill, hot tub, and well-equipped kitchen were very much appreciated. We were so happy to find this dog-friendly, wonderful home. Beach Rentals was great - thank you for the treats, both the wine and dog treat!

The Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This home is very comfortable and located in a tranquil setting in one of our favorite neighborhoods at the Ranch. The home is walkable to The Monarch Trail, One Eyed Jack's, Shell Beach, The Seal Rookery, Walk-on-Beach, and much more! The home was super clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed the hottub and sitting out on the expansive, sunny deck. Our furry baby loved this home, too, and we were so happy that the owners allow dogs! The enclosed grassy area is a great feature. Our only recommendation is to provide more comfortable deck chairs. We would love to stay here again sometime soon!
