A poca distancia en coche de golf y tenis y a poca distancia de las pistas de esquí, este condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, chimenea de piedra con registros de gas, lavadora y secadora, Wi-Fi, TV por cable y una bañera con chorros. Esta unidad duerme 6 con una cama King en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas Twin en la habitación de invitados y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Disfruta del acceso al Branches Clubhouse, donde puedes relajarte bajo un televisor de pantalla grande, leer de la colección de libros o unirte a un juego de futbolín o ping-pong. De no fumadores. Comfortable and cozy condo with beautiful views of a creek right outside!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway in Sugar Mountain! Loved the property and the area! I specifically choose this unit because of the creek right outside, and it did not disappoint!

Ski in, Ski out

Great location for access to the slopes for skiing, it makes skiing with kids so much more enjoyable when you can avoid the lodge. The unit is starting to show its age a little, but it was very clean! I'm ok with older as long as its kept clean. Thanks!

Convenient, adequate ski condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 had a two day skiing getaway here. The initial exterior picture is of the clubhouse, NOT the unit- rather misleading. The unit was clean and the management company was very responsive when we thought our fireplace was not working properly( confusing on/off on the gas logs) It is very outdated and had the bare minimum of amenities- bar soap in each is a convenient location on the mountain, and the steps down to the slopes are manageable, tho treacherously snow and ice covered.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and location was great. The condo is a bit dated, however we were very happy with its cleanliness. We were able to walk down to the slopes put our skis on and go right to the chairlift. Our entire experience was great. Only item we would suggest is that the management company put down salt and other items to clear off the steps down to the slopes as they were very icy and slippery making it difficult for residents to walk up and down. That said we were very happy with our accommodations and overall stay and will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: Our rental started with a little bump in the road, we got our keys and proceeded to our rental unit only to find somebody was already in the unit we had keys for. We contacted the emergency number and they were very helpful, except we had to drive back to the rental office to sort everything out after an already 8 hour drive. The manager was very helpful and sorted it all out and got us the correct keys for a different unit in the same complex. After getting into the unit all was good. We had a great stay. The units are in a great location to walk out to the Sugar Mountain slopes. The unit had all the amenities we needed, but it could use a little updating. We are looking forward to our next stay at this location next year.

Nice place once we found it….

We enjoyed the condo, especially the sounds of the creek and the setup of the apartment itself. The master bedroom was very spacious and the secondary bedroom had direct access to the second bathroom. Our main problem was finding the place even though we were given a map at the rental office. We didn’t understand that the address was in “The” Branches instead of the Branches, in other words not the same parking lot as the “Bee” Branches. Once we finally found it, it was of course easy to find from then on.

College Visits -Snow Fun

This condo was exactly what we were hoping to find. The place was clean and nice. The balcony overlooked the ski slopes and was so awesome to watch the skiers and snowboarders. We would definitely stay here again. We had to call Jack to help get our fireplace working and he was there and fixed it immediately!! Thank you !

Great Location - Very Convenient

We could easily walk to the slopes and ski in. Was nice to be able to run back to the condo for lunch and snacks while skiing. The kids loved exploring the creek between the condo and the slopes. Only suggestion is for the maintenance personnel to ensure the steps from the parking lot to the back of the property are cleared of ice/snow regularly. Overall a great place to stay.

Absolutely loved it!! The only thing I wish I’d brought with me (and I wouldn’t have expected to find this there) was extra towels that I could’ve thrown down on the floor of the entrance. There is an absorbent mat, and the floor is vinyl, so it’s completely suitable for wet ski boots, but old towels would have been great. We were first time skiers, so now I know!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, condo is an end unit that’s level with the parking lot at entrance. Very easy access and the balcony view of the easy street slope of sugar mountain was fantastic!The inside of the condo is where it gets disappointing, everything is super outdated, furniture is old, and the cleanliness was just par. We had to wash all silverware and dinnerware because all were dirty. Master bed sheets didn’t seem to be fresh, pulled back covers and hairs were on the sheets(gross). There was a dirty wine glass still left on balcony when we arrived with opened packaging in living room on floor, just doesn’t seem that condo gets cleaned well.All in all, trip was amazing and great snowboarding with the family. It was a last minute trip so can’t complain to bad when you have to take the leftovers. Next trip up will be better planned and will stay in a newer and more updated condo.

Thanksgiving get away

Condo was clean and well furnished for all our needs. We enjoyed opening the windows and listening to the creek flow beside us. Wonderful location just minutes away from beautiful state parks (Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, etc...).
