Unforgettable mountain views!

Come renew your spirit in our fully furnished luxury mountaintop retreat located in The Reserve, a new condo development high on Sugar Mountain. From your perch at 5000 feet, you will enjoy breathtaking mountain sunsets while you relax on the large deck, chill (or warm by the gas-log fireplace!) in the great room, or snuggle in the master bedroom. Or you can walk to the top of the Sugar Mountain ski lifts to enjoy the Southeast’s best skiing. We call our place “Granddaughter Mountain.” We offer a spacious primary suite, a guest room, and a loft, with a bathroom for each of the 3 sleeping areas. The primary suite offers a king bed and a Jacuzzi tub, and it opens onto the large deck. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed. The sofa in the loft becomes a bed. Stay in touch with wi-fi, or retreat to the large-screen TV. Whatever the season, the views are spectacular, and the list of activities in the area is endless. You’ll be only minutes from Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville, Valle Crucis, and, of course, Grandfather Mountain.

So come, sit by the fire or relax on the cool deck and enjoy the High Country!

Please note: Winter weather at our almost 5,000-foot elevation can bring snow, sleet, and/or freezing rain. Snow chains or all-wheel-drive are essential in winter months.

The condo has a phenomenal, unobstructed view. The location was very convenient for snow skiing on Sugar Mountain. Everything was very clean and organized. We look forward to renting from them again.

This is a fantastic property! It is incredibly well stocked - we were able to cook full meals and did not have to bring any spices or basics. They also have a fantastic hot drink selection - cocoa, spiced apple cider and many varieties of teas that we all enjoyed. We had an issue with the HVAC, but Annie was so wonderful and proactive that it was just a blip on our weekend. The views are beyond amazing and the condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We will definitely return!

Incomparable unobstructed Mountain View from living room and bedroom. Extremely comfortable furnishings and bedding. Loft area is extra bonus for a getaway in the getaway! Kitchen is fully equipped. President's day get away

Even though the weather did not cooperate fully with our ski plans for Sugar Mountain, we were overly impressed with your home in The Reserve. It was a memorable weekend for our family and 4 year old that went skiing, tubing, ice skating and alpine riding! We'll be back!

Wonderful Property

We vacation in a lot of rental properties and this was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen! It was lovely to have spices and enough dishes to really cook. Also the beds and linens were great. Nothing is better than the view. We loved it and hope to stay longer next time!
