The house was clean and well appointed. The view was spectacular! The only minor issue I would say was that with the windows open, or sitting outside on the deck, the traffic noise was quite loud. Inside, with the windows closed, it was nice and quiet!

This home in Durango was perfect for our stay for our daughter‘s 35th birthday with some of her friends. The check in/code entry was very easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with implements and some herbs, etc.. The deck facing the mountains was lovely to sit on, and the hot tub great too Soak tired muscles after ATVing, horseback riding, etc.. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the bathrooms, clean, and lovely.
