Romantic Retreat: 10 acres, bain Ă  remous, Cinema

Situé au coeur des Montagnes Vertes sur dix acres. Vues sur la montagne et se sentir à distance, mais seulement 20 minutes de Warren zone / Waitsfield ou 10 minutes à Rochester. Ski ou en raquettes par la porte arriÚre ou cosy et regarder des films sur le théùtre de la maison avec plus de 200 films. Nouveau, avec toutes les commodités modernes, mais fait dans le style de la cabine classique. Profitez de la marche / luge sur place ou de la randonnée le long Sentier à proximité, puis un bain chaud sous les étoiles. 15 minutes de Middlebury Snow Bowl, à 25 minutes à Sugarbush et Mad River Glen ou 45 à Killington. Grande piscine, kayak, etc. Parfait en toute saison!

Limitations de taille: La cabine est de 850 pieds carrĂ©s afin de ne pas conçu pour les grands groupes.. Nous avons un maximum de cinq personnes. Il ya une grande bas de l'espace et de deux chambres sĂ©parĂ©es ci-dessus. Il a une sensation beaucoup plus grande que sa taille indique cependant, en raison d'un loft de deux Ă©tages au-dessus. Il ya aussi une salle de boue / entrĂ©e avec un plancher chauffant dimensions gĂ©nĂ©reuses Ă  sĂ©cher les chaussures de ski et des engins de Stow. Il est donc mieux adaptĂ© pour les couples ou les petites familles qui recherchent une cabine de qualitĂ© bien conçu et nommĂ©. Ceux qui recherchent une expĂ©rience traditionnelle du Vermont apprĂ©cieront certainement les offres des zones et la chaleur et l’intimitĂ© offertes dans la cabine.

Recommandation voiture 4x4: Il est recommandé de disposer d'une voiture ou d'un camion 4x4 en hiver et / ou de bons pneus neige.

NOTE: Nous avons une paire de camĂ©ras vidĂ©o "Ring" qui donnent sur l'extĂ©rieur et qui me permettent de garder l'esprit tranquille lorsque la cabine est assise pendant de longues pĂ©riodes. C'est aussi un moyen de me contacter en cas d'oubli des codes / clĂ©s, etc. ConformĂ©ment Ă  la loi, il n’ya AUCUN appareil photo Ă  l’intĂ©rieur ni dans les zones extĂ©rieures privĂ©es (spa, porche, terrasse, etc.). Nous respectons votre vie privĂ©e et vous fournirons une image de ce qui se trouve dans leur champ de vision lors de la location.

Our second time here, and we’ll be back again. The best part about this place is that the owner built it for his family, so everything has been thought through. Cozy stove, hot tub on snowy nights, great home theatre system. Handy to all kinds of skiing.

This cabin was amazing, homey, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the little nook, the projector, and the kitchen setup. Everything was super clean, and it was the perfect treat for my partner’s birthday.We also got really lucky with the winter weather so it wasn’t too crazy at all, which made the whole trip even better. There were plenty of nice activities around town, and we enjoyed every moment.We especially loved the fireplace, hot tub, and all the thoughtful touches throughout the cabin. We felt very welcomed and would definitely come back for a second stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the romantic retreat cabin! The hot tub and movie projector were both wonderful, and the property is beautiful! Jeff was very helpful and communicative. Most items that we may have had questions about were either labeled with instructions or on the website/in the binder at the cabin. We came up to see the beauty of Vermont in October and we were so glad we could bring our dog Atticus with us! Such a relaxing weekend, and we plan to come back in the future, maybe to try the new cabin! Thank you Jeff, Ronni, and Lilly for such a great stay!

We had the best stay at Romantic Retreat. Jeff is a wealth of knowledge about Vermont & things to do. His website is so helpful! The cabin was so cozy, clean, and well stocked with everything we could want or need. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking, looking at the stars, and watching some post season baseball on the projector. We hope to be back again someday!

This private cosy cabin with rustic charm was well located for our trips to Waterbury, Stowe and other locations including hiking trails. It had everything we needed; indeed it sometimes felt a bit cluttered. Hot tub and fire were great. Had a lived in feel, and close to nature. Jeff was very good with comms and checking in. Did require an additional contract to be signed and access road was steep and unpaved. Maps of hikes etc were helpful.

This is the second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. It is clean and has pretty much everything you need. A must have for us is the fact that it is pet friendly!! A unique and charming cabin with modern amenities. The location is quiet and secluded yet very close to Vermont’s legendary Route 100 that is known for both its scenic beauty and ease of traveling North or South the entire length of the state. Jeff is a marvelous and caring host. We tremendously enjoyed the hot tub and movie-theatre-like TV. In a word - Fun!

The property has everything you need...just bring clothes and food. Loved the projector screen, jacuzzi, bedding, shower, washer dryer and dishwasher convenience. Some things to do: Clearwater Sports for tubing and kayaking Mad River or Blueberry Lake, hiking trails are endles and google falls near me. Enjoy we did!!!

This retreat was simply stunning. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and adorable. The hot tub was amazing - especially after a round of golf and a long hike! We had a bonfire every night and even enjoyed watching MNF on the big screen projector (which had incredible quality!). This is the exact vacation my fiancĂ© and I needed after non-stop travel for the 2 weeks before. I wish we could have stayed longer! Everything is easy to use and labeled, the guest book guide is very, very thorough. I have already recommended this to many of my friends if they ever wanted a retreat in the Vermont mountains! The host was very responsive and helpful as well. I really hope we’ll be back one day!

Jeff is a Boston area architect/contractor from Concord, MA. He designed and restored the cabin on his own, working weekends for three years. Initially, his wife was reluctant to tackle such a project, but now done, she is the cabin's biggest fan. Designed and built for his family, Jeff has left no detail undone and enjoys sharing their home here with others.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This part of Vermont is close to Boston (less than 3 hours), yet far enough to be in the heart of the pristine Green Mountains. Jeff has been coming to this area since the mid 1970's and dreamed of having a retreat here for 35 years. Skiing is only 15-30 minutes away (4 resorts), and several romantic villages are nearby, giving endless options to explore and enjoy. Being on 10 acres and in Granville, it is also very private and peaceful. Often we just spend the weekend there, relaxing and basking in the cabin's great light and warmth.

Although the existing cabin was in sad repair, Jeff saw the potential, and had the vision, tools and skills to make it happen. It is now our favorite place to be and we have established many great relationships there. It is a very active and engaging community, which we love being a part of and welcome others to share in, too!
