License To Chill Cabin is a perfect couples retreat or a family getaway! When you enter the cabin you will be on the main level where the kitchen and dining room and living room is located. Located off from the kitchen is a King bedroom with Cable TV, full bath featuring a shower with jacuzzi tub combo. Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Cable TV, WIFI, and Fireplace.

The upstairs level features two King Bedrooms each with Cable TV, Full Bath and shower with jacuzzi tub combo.

Downstairs lower level is where the Game Room is located with Video Games, Pool Table, Cable TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. One King Bedroom and One Queen Bedroom each with Cable TV, Full Bath and shower with jacuzzi tub combo. Lower Deck Area offers Hot Tub for your enjoyment and Patio Furniture and Rockers. License To Chill Cabin is close to all the area attractions, Outlet Malls and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

*Parking is limited to 4 vehicles as per HOA regulations and your safety.
During the months of November - March , 4 wheel drive and/or chains are required in case of inclement weather.

Nice place to stay for vacation

It was really nice we had a hard time finding the spot because it is up in the back in a hole but other than that it was a great spring break for the kids

Great Family Vacation

We had 14 people staying with ages from 5 months to 68 years old. Everyone had their own room and teens could be in the game room while the others upstairs in the living room or their bedrooms. I would recommend this cabin and would definitely stay here again. Easy access to all attractions in Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Jan Weekend Family Trip

The property was perfect and just as described in the listing. Heartland Cabins checked on us when we were late getting checked in and also right after we checked out. You could tell how much that want you to enjoy the stay and also to make sure everything is just as it should be. We will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable

The cabin was very nice and comfortable, the property management team was amazing. Everything as described. Make sure to follow the directions they send to you and not use GPS!

Great location and cabin setup for multiple families. There are steep hills to get to cabin. Cabin needed cleaned well, dusty inside. Parking for 4 cars, however must park single file, bumper to bumper. Parking is shared with cabin that is next door. So your vehicles will be side by side, very close. We were there for a car show, but luckily no one was in cabin next door and no issues around the cars. Management group is super nice and helpful with any/all issues.

My one and only reason was to have a personal pool for my birthday and it ruined that part because it didn’t but advertised it does

Chilling for Thanksgiving

The cabin was immaculate. There was enough room for 13 people. The split levels made it very private. Kids slept in 1st level. Only saw them for dinner. Third floor with the loft was great. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Main floor was ample and large enough for all of us to sit down at the table for Thanksgiving. Location was perfect for access to Pigeon Forge and all outdoor activities. We hiked to Grotto Falls weather was spectacular. Ready to do it again!!!!

Over all enjoyable

We ran into a few live roaches, being from Florida we call them palmetto bugs and they just Fly in from outside. Couple little things Ants on the hot Tub lid some leftover candy on the deck outside probly part of the an issue They need a new microwave this one is cracked over all the cabin is everything that it was advertised as. There was plenty of Room for our family The jukebox give us a hard time it had a short They did not send someone over to fix it I honestly believed they knew was broken. That being said those were just minor things I would definitely rent here again
