Affordable, spacious and close to everything

Cozily situated in the shopping districts of Nice, the beach is only a few minutes walk away and was nice and quiet at night, kitchen actually had good cookware (and a proper knife, a first for my stays in France) grocery shopping close by as well. A lovely stay and hope to be back next year!

Great location in the center of Nice WITH parking (underground). It's a more recent building. Sheets and towels ARE included and they provide a small starter kit of soap/dishwashing liquid/trash bags. The unit also has AC (although it did not work too well when we were there, it was enough to keep us comfortable). There is also a small washing machine and a clothes rack to do laundry.The apartment is clean and quiet and the host responsive. You do have to go pick up the key offsite but it is not too far and communication was easy.The central location makes it extremely easy to get around Nice.We were two adults and two smaller children and it was perfect for us.Would return here for a stay in Nice.

Great place

Location - very central, but the alley is quiet. Very spacious and well-furnished. Cleaning could improve. We found old lime and earplugs under the bedroom drawers. Regarding maintenance - The bathroom could also use recaulking since some mold started growing there and it had one tile broken. Lamps in the bedroom and bathroom were partly broken and just hanging there. Lastly, the fridge drainage is clogged and water starts pooling at the bottom when using it regularly.

Pas d'avis sur l’hôte ne l'ayant pas rencontré.Appartement très bien situé, clair, bien équipé; Le garage est très appréciable.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je ne mets pas les 5 étoiles car un petit désagrément signalé, à savoir la soufflerie du chauffage excessivement bruyante.

Quelques jours à Nice

Emplacement et propreté parfaits. Communication avec de réelles personnes très bonne, mais pas toujours exacte lorsqu'il s'agit de réponses automatiques. Un ou deux torchons et linges de cuisine supplémentaires ne seraient pas du luxe.

Quelques remarques importantes pour le suivants

Il y avait une mauvaise odeur qui revenait trés souvent dans les WC et la balayette de ces WC était dans un état épouvantable. Nous avons vu à plusieurs reprises des blattes dans la salle de bains. Des joints de carrelage étaient très abimés. Il y avait également une fuite sous l'évier de la cuisine. Très difficile de mettre en marche la télé 3 télécommandes et pas de note explicative. Un seul torchon de cuisine pour un séjour de 10 jours; Pas de table basse, nous avons du utiliser une chaise. Pas très satisfait de cette location sauf que l'immeuble est très propre, bien placé er parfaitement sécurisé.

Nouvel-An à Nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ä Nice et ses environs que nous avons pu découvrir à l'occasion du Nouvel-An. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce mais pour deux personnes et est idéalement situé au centre ville avec un box sécurisé pour la voiture. L'équipe Bnb Groom Services a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes et demandes.
